Hats off to Sahil bhai for talking about it. So many women have been subjugated in our countries by these practices. Apni bachi ki tarbiyat aasi karain k woh khud sahi galat ki tameez kar k choose kar sakay, parents lack in tarbiya then force their daughters upon their choice and even that choice is not according to Islam.
The level of confusion, this generation is facing,went through this kind of marriage and happily divorced now
Sahil Bhai Maa BAAP esi batain ni smjhty. I am 28 years now but just due to my family I can't get married out of cast ND in cast I HV nvr received any purposal. And my parents says that khandan waly kya kahain Gy k cast s bhr Shadi kr di. And now I m so afraid of this marriage thing💔

یہ طرزِ عمل بہت عجیب تر ہے, میں سمجھتا ہوں کہ تعلیم کی کمی ہے , جزباتیت ہے , نفسیات میں یہ بات ڈال دی گئی ہے کہ اپنے چھوٹے سے, خود ساختہ سے خیالات کے دریا سے باہر نہیں جانا
آپکا مسلہ صرف آپکا نہیں ہے, پوری قوم کے یہی مسائل ہیں , آپ یہ کر سکتے کہ اپنے والدین کو بیٹھا کے اسلامم کے حوالہ اور نقطہ نظر سے سمجھائیں , ساتھ اللہﷻ پہ یقین رکھیں, ہو سکتا ہے اللہﷻ نے آپکو اور بہتر دینا ہو
لہزا آپکے ذمہ بس کوشش ہے , آپ والدین کو سمجھائیں کہ دین پہلے ہے اور دین میں یہ سب نہیں ہے , ٹھیک ہے مختلف قوموں میں روایات الگ ہیں رہن سہن الگ ہے لیکن اسلام یہی تو تھا کہ الگ الگ لوگوں کو اٹھا کے ایک جگہ ملا دیا
تو قومیت کہ سرحدیں بہت کم ہیں اور اسلام بہت وسیع سے وسیع تر ہے, یہ بات لوگ سمجھ جائیں تو مسائل حل ہو سکتے ہیں

جہاں تک بات آج کی روایات اور عین اسلامی روایات کا سوال ہے
پہلے یہ سمجھنا چاہیے کہ ہم غلط کہاں ہیں, شادی کے تمام تر انتظامات یا واجبات میں ہم کہاں کہاں اپنی چیزیں شامل کر رہے ہیں اور کہاں کہاں اسلام کو لے رہے ہیں تب ہی سمجھ آ سکتا ہے ہے اب آگے ہم نے کیا اور کیسے کرنا ہے
اول تو قرآن و احادیث میں تعلیمات موجود ہیں , وہ آپکو سب ہی مل جائے گا , لیکن آپ ایک دوسری زاویہ سے دیکھیں اور interpret کریں اور جدید طریقہ سے کوئی توڑ سیکھیں
اگر آپ کی بیٹی یا بیٹے کی شادی ہے , تو ایسا کریں کہ تمام اخراجات کی لسٹ بنائیں , ویسے ہی جیسے عام لوگ بناتے ہیں , مثال کے طور پہ آپ نے 12 لاکھ لکھ دیا کہ اب اتنا لگ جانا ہی ہے
پھر آپ ایک ایک چیز پہ اسلام لگائیں کہ آیا اسلامی شادی میں اس چیز کی ضرورت ہے یا نہیں , اگر ہے ضرورت تو پھر وہاں کریں خرچہ وغیرہ اور اگر ضرورت نہیں ہے تو چھوڑتے جائیں
اب اس میں بھی سوال آتے ہیں کہ سامنے والے نہیں مانتے , معاشرہ میں رہنا ہے تو کرنا پڑتا ہے, peer pressure and super ego پہ سوال اٹھتے ہیں کہ آپ تو بھئ زیادہ ہی اللہﷻ والے ہو گئے ہیں
کافی باتیں تو کافی علماء بھی اور ساحل سر بھی کر چکے ہیں , کہ آپ شادی سے پہلے نفسیات کو دیکھ لیں , دین دنیا کی سمجھ کو دیکھ لیں وغیرہ وغیرہ
باقی شادی کی جو رسومات کی ترتیب ہے وہ اگر میں غلط نہیں ہوں تو نکاح اور ولیمہ ہے, باقی مہندی , قوموں اور علاقوں کے حساب سے الگ الگ رسومات و روایات ہیں وہ سب سب کی حرام نا بھی ہوں تو اسلامی نہیں ہیں
باقی پتا سب کو ہی ہوتا ہے کہ کیا چیز اسلام میں ہے اور کیا نہیں , بس نفسیاتی طور ہم ماننا نہیں چاہتے , وجوہات وہی ہیں کہ لوگ کیا کہیں گے !
اس کے علاوہ سب باتیں آپ کو علماء اور ساحل سر سے بھی مل جائیں گی
آپ نے references کا بولا ہے تو اس کے لیے قرآن میں تو صاف نکاح کا حکم ہے , رسومات کا تو ذکر آپکو احادیث میں ملے گا , اس کے لیے آپ صحیح البخاری , صحیح المسلم اور باقی کتب کا کتاب النکاح کا مضمون دیکھ لیں
اس کے لیے کافی علماء کی اس پہ کتب ہیں , آپ دیکھ سکتے ہیں

Allah has already given us Quran, Muhammad SAW has given us Ahadith & Sunnah, and in the marriage of Fatima & Ali, given us the perfect model. Even a model for a life after marriage. It is our job to search for the books and look up and seek Hidayah. Aur Kitna plate mein rakh k dein Allah SWT hamain Islam ko?

Quran 22:40
[They are] those who have been evicted from their homes without right - only because they say, " Our Lord is God " And were it not that God checks the people, some by means of others, there would have been demolished monasteries, churches, synagogues, and mosques in which the name of God is much mentioned. And God will surely support those who support Him. Indeed, God is Powerful and Exalted in Might.
Note: Why did Allah protected Churches and Synagogues if they worship false Allah ?

Quran 5 48
''...... If God wanted He could have made all of you a single nation.( ie single religion ) But He willed otherwise in order to test you in what He has given you (ie Scriptures) therefore try to excel one another in good deeds. Ultimately you all shall return to God then He will show you the truth of those matters in which you '' >DISPUTE verb < not noun like other religions
Islam mean "submission" to God
( The above verse saying is that God will not accept a religion from the >MUSLIM< and the Non-Muslims but total "submission" to God )
Question: How Can Muslim And the Non-Muslim "submit" to the God?
Answer: Be kind to other human beings and Do not lie, Do not steal, Do not cheat, Do not hurt others, Do not be prideful and Do the charity work.
Note: If you obeyed all the ABOVE Allah-God's moral laws "YOU" submitted to God.( ie Islam mean "submission" to God )
The only people who will enter Paradise those who '' Submitted to God '' ( ie by Good Deeds )
God does NOT accept your religion of birth but only ''Your Total'' Submission to Him.
( God Allows Interfaith Marriages And Eat Food From the Christian And Jew And Vice Versa )
Quran 5:5
''This day [all] good foods have been made lawful, and the food of those who were given the Scripture (ie Christian and Jew) is lawful for you and your food is lawful for them. And lawful in marriage are chaste women from among the believers (ie Muslim ) and chaste women from among those who were given the Scripture (ie Christian and Jew) before you, when you have given them their due compensation, desiring chastity not unlawful sexual intercourse or taking [secret] lovers. And whoever denies the faith - his work has become worthless and he in the Hereafter will be among the losers.''
Note: > Only < Islam allows interfaith marriages (>14 hundredsSame God< but They are >ALL Corrupt< more or less, some more than others from their original foundational teaching. The older religion are MORE corrupted than newer religion.
Question to Muslim and Christian:
Does God / Allah only answer your pray ?
And God / Allah does not answer non Muslim / non Christian pray?
Did Allah '' Canceled '' all other religions Judaism and Christianity?
Quran 5:48
'' And We have revealed to you [O Muhammad] the Book in truth, confirming that which preceded it of the Scripture ( ie New and old Testament ) and as a criterion over it. So judge between them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their inclinations away from what has come to you of the truth. >>>TO EACH OF YOU WE PRESCRIBED A LAW AND A METHODone nation>differ qualified < for to enter Paradise )
On the day of judgement God will ''NOT'' judge humanity bases on Sunni Muslim sect VS Shia Muslim sect ''NOR'' by Muslim VS non-Muslim >but< Doer of Goods VS Doer of Evils.
'' YOUR " birth in the Muslim's family is NOT a > qualification < for to enter the Paradise.
'' YOUR " religion / sect / foot long beard is NOT a > qualification < for to enter the Paradise.
The > qualification < to enter Paradise is > Faith in God and Good Work

بھاٸ آپ بڑی ٹیکنیک سے ایک اچھی رویت کا سوا ستیاناش کر رھے ھیں لڑکی کو ٸ سمندری مخلوق نہیں ھے جدھر منہ آٸۓ پھسل جاٸۓ ایک اصولی مہزب معاشرے کی اکاٸ ھے شادی اسکی زندگی کا انتہاٸ گہرا ایونٹ ھے آزادی سے اسے اسکی بھینٹ نہیں چڑھایا جاسکتا افہام و تفہم زبردستی نہیں لڑکی کی مرضی اور خواھش میں فرق ھے شادی لزت کے لیے نہٕں یہ ایک کردار ھے ماں باپ کی مرضی ھی لڑکی کی مرضی ھے کا مطلب دباٶ نہیں بلکہ رھنماٸ ھے جو ضروری ھے ھاں کچھ جگہوں پر زبردستی ھوتی ھے وہ غلط ھے جہاں زبردستی ھے ھاٸ لاٸٹ کریں نصیحت کریں عام حالت میں لڑکی کی شادی میں ماں باپ کی دعاٶں کی ضروت رھتی ھے

I do not agree with him completely. If I were there, I will tell him about the parental system and our Islamic version. He misinterprets some Islamic views. Some of the speech parts are very good. But some points have no sense.
