So yes I am just here to say that your student passed with flying colurs in the skincare genre. Now coming to haircare, after your recommendation i started using Kerala thali hair oil, detoxie and DE shampoo and loreal conditioner and the hair masks also. And i pamper my hair every week. Today only my mother told me....apne baal kaat de kaafi achi growth ho gayi hai, and she has never praised the length and quality of my hair. In office also my coworkers said that my hair have become healthy. Though I straighten my hair every week as I love straight hair, but I also give ample nutrition to them as taught by you. I do not know how to thank you....i just know one thing that you are a godsend to me. And not only to me but to everyone out there. If something is not working for you then it's not suiting you it's that simple. Just trust rubi mam and be consistent in your efforts. It will pay off. And Rubi mam just never ever leave us, whether you upload videos weekly or monthly, we will be there everytime. And you do this inspite of your busy schedule. It's difficult to manage. Yes i use loreal smooth intense serum, sometimes wella serum...you can use any of them as both are recommended by rubi mam. Other than that you can also use the gk hair serum it's also pretty good for balancing and taming the frizz🤗

Hi Rubina! I shampooed today.. and followed this method.. and man I love my hairs today... I used to think my hairs are wavy, but today k got to know they are curly. The two mistakes i did today is one I applied conditioner first and then mask... And 2nd I should have applied lesser oil...my hairs looks little oily to me today, although probably they are not.. I used the products I have with me... I will continue to use them a few more times before adding some new.. thank u for suggesting this method.. and introducing wishcare hair range to me... I love love love the hair mask and the shampoo form rice fermented range... I think I have found my HG shampoo... Yes just question... Do u comb yours hairs in between shampoos? Coz the only reason that stops me from following cgm is.. I can't live without combing my hair

Hi Rubina try the olaplex no3 it is a pre wash treatment for coloured and damaged hair and it has done absolute wonders to my over processed hair. I have the same issues constant root touch ups and hair highlights and this olaplex no 3 and no 6 have been absolutely amazing

I had a question regarding the hair products, i am experiencing too much hairfall and have too much of flyaways. The hair in the front is extremely fine and will literally stand throughout the day. The volume near the hairline has also become very less. Apart from that i have frizzy hair. Please let me know the hair shamoo that I should use .. the daughter earth one or th detoxie or anything else that would work for me. I had GK conditioner and plum macdamia hair pack which i use alternately. I also use the Moroccan oil treatment oil as serum which is about to finish. Please please suggest me some products that would work for me. I was thinking of trying the wishcare hair pack.

:) me too cause mask is for hydration only. and conditioner helps seal in the hydration. the leave in conditioner keeps the hydration trapped since it is not washed off..and the oil prevents the hydration loss once hair dries...mask for about 3-4 mins Anomaly from Priyanka?

Hello mam..as per your suggestion I bought detoxie shampoo..that time my hair was totally in disastrous mode..immense hairfall like there's no life in my hairs..earlier i used to have naturally long straight shiny hair..but after using detoxie shampoo my hairs are much alive right now..but right now my hairs are long but it's getting thin from half of my hair length..so wanted to do some changes in my hair game..wanted to highlight a bit too..p.s. After you shampoo and condition, apply evenly to soaking wet hair using your fingers. Apply in sections covering all the hair. Do not rinse. On non-wash days, apply as and when your hair needs moisture. though by applying the leave in oil you wont need it unless the hair is veryvery dry

Ive been following CGM for more than a year now and my hair has transformed into juicy, sexy and soft curls like never before. My mom says i didn't have such soft curls even as a baby :-) anyway 90% of the steps you described are CGM steps. Just the sqiushing, & gel is missing. I know you keep saying it's too tedious. Just give it a try with 2 more steps in 2 additional minutes :-)

try leave in conditioner...just a tiny bit and loreal conditioner...it generally works well for dry frizzy hair

It's a very valid question. Unless the material is UV proof like some clothes are now being made, sunscreen is mandatory ...
