- So Monday was my first day of medical school, ever. It was tiring, it was long, it was exciting, and it was nerve wracking, but luckily there was no academic material. It was mostly orientation related things. Now each day consisted of a day of lectures and then a social in the evening, but I was not old enough to go to the first social because it involved drinking. In this video, I also unbox my stethoscope, white coat, and ipad.
**I kept saying the social the day before was kinda, EH. Here's why. I told a dude I liked his "on running" shoes and started going on a long tangent about roger federer and running cross country and stuff and he just kinda tried to leave, but thats ok. I also told some sarcastic jokes that fell really flat, which kinda sucks. Sometimes you wanna just find people that match your energy, and it's ok if they don't and I can be more normal and just talk about like, the college you went to or like, what type of specialty i might wanna do, but that's boring. Anyways...

I spiritually relate to the burnout from socialising, I went to a new school, for my A levels, and oh god, it was never wrecking, but thankfully I did end up meeting two or three ppl who I genuinely vibe with ✊

One thing I know about the first day in Med School is you don't need your Stethoscope that day. 😂 Oh my sweet memories some 6yrs ago. I had no confidence that I'd be able to graduate 4yrs later. Lol I did tho. So would you too. Keep it up youngster! 👍

Beginning reminds me of Reheating rice syndrome......I am consider quitting. I do not want to wait until I get old or before I die to start enjoy my hobbies.....I just have too many of them I want to do. Discarding all of that dedicating to medicine for life is just not gonna make my life any happier.
What medical college is that? When I get older I want to go to a good one and I literally love this one! If you don't wanna tell me bc it might be weird you don't have to. Just asking.
