Yeah The slip clutch helps when you hit something by mostly preventing the shock to the PTO. The wheel type because it does not have an actual Gear box absorbs allot of the shock and it does not take out a gear box. Cause it ain’t there😂
I have spent many hours using a tire drive Sidewinder. We had a 6 footer and 7 footer 3 point hitch type. Very unique cutter that turns a lot of heads. They do a great job though. I don't believe they make them anymore?
I don’t believe they make it anymore ether. It was to simple 😂. That was the only shredder I had for many years. It mowed ALLOT of grass, mesquite and its fair share of rocks. It is making a little noise but some of the bearings are loose and the tire is bad. Working on all of that now. Thanks we appreciate your comments
