I certainly share your frustration about the wire and T-post. I hit a blasted spring mattress one time that I caused me to break my PTO shaft and an hour to cut that off my blades. As far as 540e, I understand what you’re talking about. I had no idea you hit normal 540 at only 18,000 rpm; that rpm was 540e on my old 7060 - with normal 540 rpm being at 26,000 (if I remember right). I can only assume that you chose 6th because that’s what you were running in normal 540. Did you try a higher gear to see if it would give you the speed you need? Anyway, great video and I absolutely agree - time is money 👍🏻
@@Mark-Marine no I didn’t try a different gear in high range. I will try one next time I have the same conditions. The rest of this pasture is going to be slow because of trees and obstacles. Thanks for watching!!
