Prerequisites: aerial invert, comfortable leg hangs, ideally bridge/wheel pose off the pole

But if you‘re intermediate level, just take the Bendy Shapes class. It will include a big amount of stretching and preparations
Any non-bendy tricks from inside leg hang? I always flatline and then leg switch
Hmm Torso switches through Dragonfly, , static rotations, transition to Brass Monkey… it really depends on your level
Which class do you recommend for a an beg-intermediate? I have been following your tutorial since the beginning of my pole journey but I got a year break due to covid and lost a lot of the process, I want to acquire more advanced tricks and improve the flow. Thank you Miglena!

i just discovered the opportunity to do live classes ONLINE with you and that was, what i was waiting for! I hope so much, that the tricks-classes will suit my timetable next time, because on wednesday i am in another class, so i can't attempt yours - which makes me so sad right now :/
