For the black women out there who are dating outside of their race for the first time (or simply interested) here's a collection of my thoughts on the topic.
Love these episodes because they are so insightful and mostly based upon courageous personal experience. My impression is that (after a successful 34 year marriage, widowed, and then a successful 15 year relationship with a widow; the key is not looks but shared priorities in life so you can work together to achieve a state of commonly agreed flourishing. That will diminish the obstacles and increase your happiness. Again, race matters very very little when compared with the above.

I'm so surprised that she gets black women saying that they need a white man to have a serious relationship with. That sounds so Asian woman like. It's normally Asian women that do that, and they completely worship white men. I would like to know what this obsession with whiteness is. Coming from a black man, so take it how you want. Black women can date anyone they want weather its asian, mexican, black, or white, and they won't have a hard time getting any of these men. Please don't limit your options solely based on someone's race. There are plenty of good men out there of every race.
So stop basing on dating only black males. The problem mammies and black males have is black women NOT CENTERING black males. When black males date and marry out (and tell the entire world bw are undesirable), you have some cognitively dissonant nerve!

Hi Amanda, good to see a new content from you, hope you are doing well. I see that for some BW race is still important, this is what I think keeps women away from being happy and loved. Things are changing slowly but I still love BW, some of the most down to earth and family oriented opinions I found on the internet came from BW.

I enjoyed your video alot. Discovering culture can be frustrating for some, but I have always enjoyed it. I feel sorry for the black woman who are interested in dating white men but white men are too quiet or don’t bother approaching. I feel this past decade many men have become weaker. Now is that the economy or just culture changing im not quite sure but my fellow white men out there, just go for it. At first dating black women was a little daunting as my black friends told me that maybe only 15% of black women would actually date a white man. In my experience that number is honestly atleast 75%. Now this may be way lower in the deep south where white and black woman mix like water and oil. Wishing everyone luck!
You are truly correct with every single thing you said. I just happen to have been naturally attracted to White males the most, however, certainly not all men of any one race are all alike. I was blessed with a good man that God blessed to come into my life to be wedded to, that I’m beyond thankful and grateful for. However, we really have a deep connection between each other that is just straight up natural. I would never want a Black women just going out there and seeking out only white men to date or marry to show the world, hey, I can get a White man, so they consider them to instantly be a trophy wife and look down upon Black females who happen to date or marry Black Black men. Just because, I have never dated a Black man, that doesn’t mean I consider Black men in general to be less. There are really great, as well as, straight up jacked up men within every race. No one particular race was created to be superior to another. And, yes, plenty of White makes shy away from making the first in talking to a Black women that catches their eye out of fear of rejection, but that also happens with so many men in general. So, yes, I am the one who made the first move with my guy. Because, I knew he was definitely interested, so i picked up on his shyness, but I wasn’t scared to as they say, “strike while the iron is hot”. And, I’m so glad that I did, because I blessed to meet the best man that God could’ve ever picked for me to spend the rest of my life with. To those who haven’t found their true love yet, please don’t give up. Don’t be afraid to put yourself out there, and don’t fear rejection so bad, since everyone has gone through that. But, you just pick yourself right back up again and keep trying, and have faith that there is so,some truly special for you and that God will send that person into your life upon his timing. Until then love yourself and enjoy each precious day your blessed to wake to see another day to the fullest! Amanda is precise in her analysis of men's reluctance to approach women, but this gives a woman of any race the advantage in the dating market if she is willing to just: smile broadly, say hello, and ask if you can ask the man a brief question or make an observation. We might be stunned and faint, but we will arise and talk to you if you are sincere.
My preferences would be a black woman because 1. I am more attracted to them than white. 2. from experiences I can say it is much easier to be me around them. They are super smart about life and people. If I ever had to have a shrink, I'd want it to be a black woman for sure.
I think Amanda would be a huge success if she starts her own online dating site. Not sure how profitable it is? She would be able to ask all the right questions for matchmaking.

according to the internet no one ever argues and lives in a cupcake. i think its a lot to do with age and maturity, as we age different features become more important, ppl lived through the dustbowel etc when times got tough , they became more unified, not diversified, at the end we need each other, regardless of "race" whatever that is, our strengths are supposed to offset our partners weaknesses, im am attracted bw because the bone structure and the ones ive gotten to know have been very sweet and kind, which is something i value more a si age. however at 5.4 is kind of an uphill battle.

I'm BW I dated WM, I must dated wrong WM in the passed. It didn't worked out with them.
