Get off his nuts. Most people would send the money to the ten children at $3 a couple then let them delivery it to the grandchildren. Either way $600,000-3,000,000 is a lot more than you have or the average hard working American

It depends on how the will was written. She may have written other provisions specifically granting certain amounts (or percentages) to each of her children and grandchildren directly. So whatever goes to his father is one thing, separate from whatever may otherwise go to him directly. Probably can't stop his parents from giving their portions to him though. This is all different from dying without a will, in which case the estate would first go to spouse and/or children as next of kin.

The host has a wonderful voice - so sweet and so clear.
Wouldn’t his parents get it it first?
It depends on how the will was written. She may have written other provisions specifically granting certain amounts (or percentages) to each of her children and grandchildren directly. So whatever goes to his father is one thing, separate from whatever may otherwise go to him directly. Probably can't stop his parents from giving their portions to him though. This is all different from dying without a will, in which case the estate would first go to spouse and/or children as next of kin.
Yes typically.
Prosecutors starting to break off some sweat hahahaha, they up against a wealthy opponent....
I don't condone murder, but *I find it hard to muster up any sympathy for a man who did not have any empathy for others.* And that includes the entire company, the stock holders, and the employees. How do you work for a place like that and sleep at night?
When will they find out they have the decoy and an accomplace? The real murderer traded backpacks with Mangione and headed out of the US, while Mangione went around doing the sloppy getaway. Then 286 miles away he was sloppy again.
When some people are born with money, they don't appreciate it. Some of them actually hate money and the attitudes it comes with.
Have been watching your coverage on Luigi, and I get the impression you don't like him. If that is the case just say so
How reliable are guns made with a 3d printer. I still can't wrap my head around that.
Yes indeed...😬
the block, barrel, trigger parts are metal and not 3d printed.
The same corporations want 3D weapons to be sold in every Hobby Lobby as the ones who are supporting UHGs mass killings. It’s why they wont focus on the weapon. Lol 😂
Apparently reliable enough!
Only a few parts are 3d. Not the whole gun
Luigi is a hero not like brian thompson the greedy.
Has your insurance premium gone down?? NO … stop
but he didnt lower health insurance or do anything but kill someone lol
From Silver Spoon to Plastic Spoon
Life in prison
Pretty funny you think prisoners get spoons. You have to eat with your hands and if you’re lucky, you get a cardboard fork like the straws so better eat quick before it turns to mush!
LOL
So cringey when a kid makes you feel emasculated to the point you want to see his lifelong incarceration.
A life for a life , everyone is equal before the law
Spork … ☺️
Pray for Luigi 🙏
I will pray he rots in jail yep😊
Why ? He’s a killer
I'll pray for life without parole!! 🙏
Has your insurance rates gone down?? NOPE nothing changed. Now he has lost his freedom, his inheritance…
Any chance at starting a family. But hey he’s got people like YOU a calling him a hero and “praying” for him.
See how
That all works
Out !!
Pray to Satan
He didn’t do the crime because he was wealthy 🙄
It is strange that the will would include 'charged' and not convicted only. People get charged for crime they didn't do all the time. And come on Grandma, even the legal system gives benefit of doubt😀
I know, totally scripted circus
So why him 30 mill for him out of the 36 or 40 grandkids. Where are ya getting your sources?
Idk I don’t believe this.
Most people don't have that kind of money. Bill Gates had $40,000,000,000. Some people could make their grandkids wealthy even if they had 25 grandkids. There isn't, however, any law against lying about how much money someone has.
ifLuigi is convicted of a felony all eyes on where his inheirentance is rerouted to
Ummmm the other get to split it.. more for them!!
Hes a hero rich or not
at the mc’donald eating hash browns i don’t think he care about money at all.
he doesnt have many places to go.. its odd he doesnt seem to have a vehicle (or want to be traced with a plate #) so he thought he cud lay low at a mcdonaldd...everyones gta eat and they open 24 7 many of them... he wasnt looking for work and had to keep a low pprofile.. seems like a low key chill spot
He MUST be insane to lose that inheritance!
or he cares more about people than the money
@@hermitlifeinthemountainsub9493 Not everyone motivated by self interest.
No just cares about humanity and doesn’t care about killer CEO’s
By the time he received his portion _it would have been miniscule._
@@hermitlifeinthemountainsub9493 which proves why we love Luigi. He sacrificed his privileged life to save thousands of Americans. This is what we call a hero.
I don't think he cares.
yeah. He's about to take it up the butt in prison this upcoming year.
And?? His parents still have plenty.
His grandfather sounds like a monster
What kind of monster does he sound like? Frankenstein? Dracula? Jabba the Hutt?
Free Luigi. Eat the rich
uhhhh did you read the title, he is the rich, he grew up with a silver spoon lmao.
He's a killer
🤦♀️
@@RopesNA u just caused an NPC error
i bet shes tweaking right now and needs someone to reset her
you want to free Luigi or eat Luigi? make up your mind
i think he knew what on the line, he just went with his belief. no matter how u feel about what he did, that get some level of respect.
He MURDERED SOMEONE!!!! He's a smug , rich, unstable young man that could have demonstrated his feelings in SO MANY DIFFERENT WAYS! just disgusting and the brazen ways people try to show their opinions, just repulsive
So your censoring the comments... So much for the freedom of speech
Now those 30M’s will pay for his stay in the slammer
He might not get that money. His grandmother had a clause in her will that if any of her 10 children or 40 grandchildren were ever convicted of a felony they would not receive any money. Law & Crime just dropped a video about it.
That's a lot of commissary 😂😂😂😂
He could build his own prison with a Luigi Wing.
While Americans will pay for Richard T Burke"s brats forever

His family is rich. They will get the best lawyers
That just means his dad will get more and his dad will give it to him
Bro really messed his inheritance money up..
@@streetpoet01 you think he didn’t know this? That’s what makes him more badass. An Elite that could have just minded his own business and not give an F about the middle and lower class and he did this for people like US. LONG LIVE LUIGI!

Y'all saying its not that much after its split, its only abt $500,000 etc- not sure how y'all are living, but for me, thats still life-changing money!!!💯
Exactly ... even 100,000 would be more than welcome
Thank you very much to Sarena Townsend for the professional and comprehensive explanations that made the interview interesting to watch
Smart grandma! Currently working on setting up a trust right now and there’s so many moving parts!
And a will is different than a trust. 🤦🏼♀️ Not even close to being the same…
Way to go grandma!

Go GRANNY !!
@@nobertstanel9428how so?
All he had to do was nothing, wait her out, couldn't do it. Did the CEO's death benefit him in any way? No, nor anyone else, he'll just be replaced and it will be business as usual. All he got was a haha moment. Some people just make really bad decisions in life.
It’s obvious money wasn’t his concern. He’s a utilitarian. A hero.
Tell me more about how your Insurance premiums have dropped… that’s right they haven’t and won’t. They hired a new CEO and it’s bossiness as usual. So PAY UP!!
No, he's actually a criminal. Sorry. Heros don't kill people.
@ 🤣🤣🤣 Hero’s don’t kill people? Military men and women do it all the time and we praise them. Despite being in wars we don’t belong in. Officers etc. LUIGI IS A HERO!
