    Some other countries i wonder about while scrolling randomly on google maps are-
    Togo, Uruguay, Lebanon, Eswatini, Malawi, Brunei, Micronesia, Bhutan, Mali, North Macedonia, Belize, Nicaragua, Malta.
    We never hear about these countries as well, would be nice if you could make a part 2 on these as well 😄

      Macedonia, Lebanon, Mali and Brunei are actually quite mid popular
      A lot of them have rich history and/or major influence on the neighbouring countries. Brunei is known as that rich kingdom with gold-ridden royal family. Mali is known from the north Africa from its rich history of Mali empire. Macedonia is a former greek/ottoman territory. And Lebanon is even mentioned in the Bible.

      As a brazilian, it's funny to me that you know nothing about Uruguay. It's a small country that borders my state, so I've been there many times. The main city is Montevideo and it's beautiful. The coastal cities are amazing too, but the water is quite cold. It's a very safe, developed and modern country.

      @@lulubibilu tbf Uruguay doesn't ring a bell in terms of foreign affairs in many countries. It is like Lichtenstein or Andorra, developed but lowkey and not many people actually know them.

      He just can't pronounce Oceania for some reason where there's nothing as Oceana. Geography by Geoff UA-cam channel and Many Other UA-cam channels that deal with Geography Content has Way More Subscribers, Likes, etc because This Channel has More Mistakes Too. For those who state Oceania as Continent, Oceania is a Region that has 2 Continents of Australia that is known more as Continent though it's also a Country, Island, etc. The other continent in Oceania is Zealandia where most of it is submerged though New Zealand lies on it

    Palau's biggest island is Babeldaob, also the largest island in the Micronesian region and its capital only moved from Koror to Ngerulmud in 2006. It is the smallest capital by population in the world and its name means place of fermented angelfish. The country is home to Jellyfish Lake, home to thousands of jellyfish. In 2016, the president ran for office against his brother in law. In 2020, Palau was the first country to ban brands of sunscreen which were poisonous to coral reefs. It is one of the few homes of the Nicobar pigeon (the closest relative of the dodo) and the country is mentioned in Enya's song "Orinoco Flow".

      @picobello99 5 днів тому +1

      The Seychelles have the highest gdp in Africa and it's a popular travel destination for the wealthy.
      Moldova - remember the song Dragostea Din Tei (not sure how to write it)? That's from Moldova 😀Moldova is one of the poorest and least visited countries in Europe. They speak Romanian. Apparently Modovans can apply for Romanian citizenship, so I learned from a Moldovan colleage who's going through this process.
      Suriname isn't a mystery country to me since I'm Dutch. It's the most forested country in the world and also one of the most ethnically diverse. Their food is amazing by the way 😋

    I can only criticise your pronunciation. Palau is in Oceania - pronounced osh.an.ia not och.ian.a. St Lucia is normally pronounced saint lu.sha (although saint lu.si.a is passable - you will find the local tourist board prefers ain't lu.sha!). As for the capital of Montenegro - the Cyrillic script gives it away! Podgorica looks like it should be pod.go.ri.ka, but Cyrillic has pod.go.ri.tsa!! If you’re going to present a video using foreign pronunciations, make sure they’re correct. Just saying.
