Arena noob here. Why do they wait on eachother to get mana again? Why dont they just start hitting with the swords?

Typically they are waiting for their own mana and the opponent uses that time to get mana of their own. There's plenty of times where you'll see an attempt to interrupt the meditation, but if they miss, they just stand next to each other and CTRL B CTRL B CTRL B lol
