I use chopsticks all the time and have several everyday, and special occasion pairs - but I’ve never noticed this slight shaking in my own hands. You can see what I’m talking about in a lot of Japanology shots where there’s a person holding up some food in chopsticks. Just a curious thought. 💭
It would just be easier to cut off the Flay's and then skin . That fish has thick enough scales where it would be easy to just skin with a flay knife. Every fish has the same exact body parts. when you cut off the flay they always have that same rib bones that you always have to cut out. I'm a customed to eating my food that is cooked not raw
