Hello please I want to know the height between the disc and the roof of the oven so that the pita bread circulates without problems and without touching the roof
Thank you for the video. Does this faster disc rotation produc better pita than slow disc method shown in other videos in your youtube channel where the bread enter inside the oven only once versus this method where the bread entered the oven 3-4 times? Also can you show the bread from inside and how to achieve both pita layers with same thickness? thank you
It depends on your Recipe for Pita Bead. The 3-4 rotations on speed number 6 (faster speed) might produce a better product. But again it depends on your recipe and amount of yeast etc.
It has gas connection To know more about the pita oven, visit: www.spinninggrillers.com/new-2020-pita-oven-small-30-pitaoven-pita-bread-tortilla-naan-bread-oven-natural-gas-generation-v-2020-new/

Well actually there are quite a few theories on where the term Pita came from. In any case the bread eaten by Greeks is not one that forms a pocket like those in this video.
Hi Orit, Politics aside perhaps you are not aware but this is Palestinian bread. The Israelis learnt it from he local Arabs. The thin bread you speak of is the Syria flat bread. Palestinians also have a thin break called Saaj or Markouk bread.

@@segevnativ5392 Hi Segev, your hatred of the Palestinian people blinds you from seeing the absurdity of your words. I understand you so badly want people to accept the identity you're trying to claim but to build it on denying another people is indicative of how insecure you must feel in your own identity. The bread in this video contains yeast and is very clearly from a family of bread not common to Europeans like yourself. If you were to claim Bagels and Challah bread i'd be willing to concede somewhat. Call the land whatever suits you but understand that the inhabitants there who call themselves Palestinian are indigenous to that land unlike those that began to flood in to the country in the last 120 or so years :)
Normally Pita takes 1 minute but depending on your recipe you might want to have it spin 3 times within the minute to cook. You can also slow down the speed and cook in one tern but still needs a full minute.
K2 in Montichiari, Brescia, Italy do it like this..best Kebap ever!
