After a little while watching this, I rewatched your Marcel survived what if, and you never specified then how Erwin's plan worked. This leads me to a question I have for you: Was Erwin's plan in that timeline identical to his plan in this video, or do they have differences?
After seeing this video, the need to capture Dina's Pure Titan and have her eaten one of the Warriors has become more important than ever. That alone is the deciding factor here. If they captured Dina's Pure Titan and fed one of the Warriors to her, the story can go on. But if not, then it is the end. Of course, that won't be the end of it if they managed to secure Dina. Rod is going to try to sabotage this by either having Dina assassinated somehow or just called her out as an ordinary woman. He most likely will go with the second option first until Dina lended her powers to Eren, allowing him to control the Pure Titans easily. After such a display of power, Rod will be defeated and have to allow Dina to ascend on the throne as the new Queen of Eldia. As for the nobles, Erwin and Zackley can finally get rid of them and seized their properties and wealth to enrich the military in preparation for the upcoming war with Marley while Hange published the reports about Marley and the outside world. As for Marley, losing the Jaw Titan and another Titan Shifter to Paradis will still led to the war with the Mid-Eastern nations. But this is where I think Paradis under Dina will be different. Since Dina is just being there as a figurehead, Zackley became the de facto Prime Minister of Paradis while Erwin reformed the military with himself as the Supreme Commander if he survived, an appointment he earned as a reward for putting Dina on the throne. Regardless that who is the one that carried the title of the Supreme Commander, Dina's personal experience will driven her government into making the decision to have Paradis join the Marley Mid-East War on the side of the Allies in order to defeat Marley. With the propaganda of the liberation of all Eldians and putting an end to Marley's imperialism along with promises of salaries, Paradis will have a lot of recruits that might be able to make a different in this war for the better and finally put an end to Marley's expansionist policy for good. However, they might needed to deal with a possible rebellion instigated by Rod first, who claimed that a distant relative like Dina is nothing but an outsider has no right to the throne whatsoever and only wanted war with Marley to satisfy her own personal vengeance. If a revolt against Dina's reign happened during the early stage of Marley Mid-East War, Paradis won't be able to helped the Allies in the war against Marley much. But once Rod's revolt ended, Dina and her government can finally paid attention to the war between Marley and the Mid-East Allied Forces full time and assist the Allies in all possible ways in order to defeat Marley.
Honestly, that idea seems highly unlikely, and also isn't as necessary as you are making it out to be. As long as the new MP's are well trained, keeping the nobility in check shouldn't be too difficult, and if the Scouts win in Trost, and bring back a titan shifter or two, they can probably salvage some great public image from the whole fiasco.

Is Porco with the warriors when they attack Wall Rose? In the original timeline, giving him the Jaw Titan was delayed due to her willingly surrendering herself to Marley, but that did not happen in this timeline, so I'm assuming the Jaw Titan was immediately given to Porco upon the warriors returning home.
The question is, how long was the transferal delayed. Reiner promised Ymir to bring her message to Historia, and writing a letter doesn't take long. AOT never specifies the duration so I assumed it wouldn't change things if it was only a few days.

How long exactly were the Warriors waiting in Shiganshina before they decided to attack Trost? The timeline of events is kind of unclear.
In Chapter 70, we learn two months passed after the Uprising before the Warriors arrived. Then after speaking to Shadis and having the feast, the scouts depart. Here, the warriors wait a few days before Pieck begins scouting the walls in preparation for the attack.
