Just be very careful who you talk to about these issues… the “unprepared” looser ex friends/ deadbeat relatives will remember all those who are prepared and loaded with food and supplies when everything goes south
100 % right on that one. I have close friends will not prepare anything, nothing all. I know that they will look to me if things go off the rails. Breaks my heart to know I will have to bug out without them. Stay safe and well.

Even if they do make you do the 5 year jail sentence, it's better than an 8 year contract where you'll be a slave to the military industrial complex.
There's too many of us that yearn for an apocalyptic interruption to the status quo. It's hard to believe our wish may come true. Nothing rarely matches our expectations. I think it will be much less or much worse than we anticipate. Frankly, I believe it will be a slow grind with cumulative losses in proxy wars and clandestine attacks and limited WMDs. I think the best prep for survival is choosing your location. You can somewhat predict the survivability of any given location. Your location is always the number one predictor of your outcome. Know that when you choose your location you are choosing your prospects.

Chris, if you haven’t seen the documentary The Grab, watch it. It validates what you said about the major powers working behind the scenes purchasing and taking over major resources (food, water, precious minerals, etc). Some happening here in USA by foreign countries. Very eye opening and alarming.
Great video, Kris. However, I believe you need to change from telling people to have a minimum of 3 weeks of supplies to a much more realistic 3 MONTHS of supplies. Even that would just be a starting point.
He went into more depth on that. As much as possible is the point, but 3 weeks puts you within the top 1%, so it's the most survival-points for your buck. Also, he's talking about students in dorms, renters in studio apartments, people who live out of a car. You cannot store 6 months food as a student living on campus. If you live in a city, your priority is to leave the city in such an event.
3 weeks is starting point everyone can do it’s not overwhelming. If you tell new people to have 3 months of supply they get overwhelmed and do nothing. 3 weeks is more than most people have so it put you way ahead of most people.
Realistically, most people/ families don’t have enough money to put food/ supplies for a week! Let alone 3 months! It’s called bidenomics. Go look it up since you’ve apparently been living under a rock for the past 3.5 years. 🤦♂️

This is a small thing, probably been mentioned before but worth repeating, I do not let my vehicle fuel tank go below 1/2 full...you should not either. IF something happens, you do not want to be that guy/gal waiting in line for hours. EV? so sorry.
I'll take my ev or my gas car any day especially during low fuel supplies. If the pumps are working the chargers should be working. If there's no power then there likely won't be fuel delivery and operating pumps. In an emergency scenario you can throw up some panels and charge your car even if it takes forever. At that point I'd opt for an electric bike instead. If you're in a working car you won't be for long.... Plus electric cars, scooters, bikes, generators, etc are basically silent and you can "run" electric generators inside to keep them safe. We've also got an unlimited supply of sun.
We have an EV (along with 2 ICE vehicles) and it's hands down our easiest to maintain (well, there is no maintenance) and recharge (with my solar panels and battery backup system). About 60% of the charging we do comes from my offgrid solar setup. If the grid were to go down, it would definitely be my go to vehicle.
Mines about to hit that 50%. I'll be fueling up the next time I go out. We usually have extra on hand but atm it's been in rotation. That also needs filling up.
Remember playing the game Risk over 45 years ago and controlling Ukraine was key to winning. Looks like the game today involves that same strategy. Tragic.

Its cute how people are thinking nukes are tge weapons we meed to worry bout. It aint gonna be old tech like nukes we need to worry about but the top secret classified weapons that will be the scary ones. They will be weapons that either require a new law if physics and thermodynamics to be made or just bypass them altogether.
Hint for those who don't have their own well or who don't have space to store large quantities of water: a gravity-fed water filtration system is your friend. The Berkey line is probably the most familiar, but there are other brands out there at a more affordable price. The stainless steel bodies are pretty similar across the spectrum, and the lesser-known brands can save you ~50% pricewise.. Filters are another story, so you may have to do some research. There are alternatives to Berkey and Doulton, which tend to be out of stock a lot of the time. I bought mine from St. Paul Mercantile, located in Maryland. Tons of info, too.

On the possible scenarios, one I fear the most will be we become so divided in this country that we try to isolate ourselves losing all ties to our allies when needed them most. United we stand divided we fall has so much truth and meaning to it, especially right now, cannot hide or close our eyes, wait it out, nobody will be immune to the affects, it's here, we need to deal with it, or they will eventually deal with us. It doesn't just crash overnight it takes years and can get bad but the slower it goes the more you can adjust and adapt like retrofitting your home with water catchment and a alternative electric system and heating systems etc. We should be figuring out how to make our current lifestyle work with off grid principles
@@scar445. Off grid is a fail safe, not an economic model. If we hit the wall and revert to late 1700s technology, it will take years to restore a cohesive society.
As a kid (High school) I had terrible dreams of USA being invaded (Like a red dawn sort of) we do win but at such a cost that we pretty much had to rebuild the country on all tiers. Didn't think as much about them during university & the first few years of working after that. Now though I been thinking about them again.
I had a dream like that in 2019 when the ww3 talks were openly starting. I went through a portal and got out of this world/dimension. The other person stayed behind swearing Putin buddy would let him do that. Asked three times, he declined. Ryan McBeth has a very good video that covers how it's quite likely WW3 actally started in 2014 when Russia invaded Crimea and he compares the history of WW1 and WW2 to today and he's probably right. Nuclear war is NOT likely, and he goes over where the assumption of WWW3 being a nuclear war came from.
You are quite correct that more than one of the "events" could happen simultaneously, or quickly one after the other. I am especially interested in one scenario that you noted - that due to our own divisions, we withdraw from the world stage, leaving the way clear for opportunists to try something (such as blockade/invade Taiwan) while we are unable or unwilling to intervene. I believe the upcoming election is likely to be disputed. Whether that goes "all the way" to taking us from the world stage will have to be seen. Thank you for the video.
God helps those who help themselves. I am working to be less dependent on the outside world. In the next few weeks I will be teying to griw rice, maize, sorghum. Next will be blueberries and other fruits. I live in the tropical rainforest so energy is harder to replace. Solar is difficult, I have some, but am looking in to small wind turbines. Get the small items that wear out from time to time, such as tin openers, bottling lids etc.
Prevention is always better than treatment. If we choose to help prevent these outcomes, the purpose of prepping become a plan B instead of being inevitable. Stand up, fight for equal rights and treatment.

What kind of disagree with you? My friend, we live in the best peacetime right now in our lives. I was born long after the war second World War and minus Vietnam. On otherwise I never involved in any war so I had a great life. I can't complain but we live in the best times of our lives right now. I believe and still camp for a few more years. Of course, things can change but I don't think that it's over, but you never know the Romans. The last generation of the Romans thought Rome was the last forever and today got sacked that 1 day they're surprised them so anything's and it could happen.

This is pre-internet so all my info came from magazines like Soldier of Fortune and Mother Earth News. I've had to throw away MREs because they were 20 years past their expiration. Great video Chris, the world needs their eyes opened. I think if people don't see the writing on the wall now, they either don't want to see it or they are hiding under a rock. At this point it comes down to a choice of wether to prepare for what is coming or not. The information and education is out there. With the technology that we have today, there is no reason people should be unprepared. The education and information is literally at the fingertips of every person with a phone or computer.

Id forgot the 3 week prepared plan and go strait to a Minimum of 3 months. More that that is good too. Don't JUST prepare food, but also meds, slothes for all seasons, fuel for more than a generator, office supplies and so on. Basically, whatever you use on the daily.
Entertainment stuff to keep spirits high. Spices and herbs Water and water filtration systems Some way of growing food incase its longer. Friends and family Training especially in medical care (maybe even selfcare). Painless way to go if things get impossible. Hate the idea of skiddaling from earth in slow and painful ways.
The real issue with ww3 is there are a lot of medium and smaller scale conflicts that will explode too. The Middle East, multiple places in Africa, southeast Asia, ISIS has been stockpiling around the world. Even south America has tensions mounting. Plus it would disrupt the world economy and probably cause another great depression. Overall it's looking all bad 😂😢

But don't think the west won't be affected, they are aiming for the Panama canal and Taiwan's chips that supply most of the world. If the Ukraine incident shocked the wheat and petroleum, imagine Panama canal getting hit.
My concern was that "debate" whatever these countries have planned for attacks or invasions, they no doubt know that they better do it before november.

As someone living in ukraine, as living everyday with the effect of a high intensity warfare , , no electricity , russian missiles , etc , i often find myself in rural areas , is much "easier" to life with most poeple having garden with vegetables and fruits , and low energy needs,

At many points in those years, things were far worse for the majority of people. In fact at the present time, man has not had it so good with so little violence. Our monsoon rains started last week, yay! My 4 native plum trees made it to monsoon. Tomorrow I will plant 5 dwarf Peachtrees, they are soaking. My wolfberry cutting is rooting. My native perennial flax exploded this year, I outlined their "field" this morning.

I've been keeping every necessity topped off since the beginning of the pandemic. Never run on empty on anything you depend on for survival.

Hint for those who don't have their own well or who don't have space to store large quantities of water: a gravity-fed water filtration system is your friend. The Berkey line is probably the most familiar, but there are other brands out there at a more affordable price. The stainless steel bodies are pretty similar across the spectrum, and the lesser-known brands can save you ~50% pricewise.. Filters are another story, so you may have to do some research. There are alternatives to Berkey and Doulton, which tend to be out of stock a lot of the time. I bought mine from St. Paul Mercantile, located in Maryland. Tons of info, too.

On the possible scenarios, one I fear the most will be we become so divided in this country that we try to isolate ourselves losing all ties to our allies when needed them most. As a kid (High school) I had terrible dreams of USA being invaded (Like a red dawn sort of) we do win but at such a cost that we pretty much had to rebuild the country on all tiers. Didn't think as much about them during university & the first few years of working after that. Now though I been thinking about them again.
I had a dream like that in 2019 when the ww3 talks were openly starting. I went through a portal and got out of this world/dimension. The other person stayed behind swearing Putin buddy would let him do that. Asked three times, he declined. Portal closes the very second air raid sirens, tried to go through the wall where the portal was, and there is a blinding light that engulfed everything.

You are quite correct that more than one of the "events" could happen simultaneously, or quickly one after the other. I am especially interested in one scenario that you noted - that due to our own divisions, we withdraw from the world stage, leaving the way clear for opportunists to try something (such as blockade/invade Taiwan) while we are unable or unwilling to intervene. I believe the upcoming election is likely to be disputed. Whether that goes "all the way" to taking us from the world stage will have to be seen. Thank you for the video.

God helps those who help themselves. I am working to be less dependent on the outside world. In the next few weeks I will be teying to griw rice, maize, sorghum. Next will be blueberries and other fruits. I live in the tropical rainforest so energy is harder to replace. Solar is difficult, I have some, but am looking in to small wind turbines. Get the small items that wear out from time to time, such as tin openers, bottling lids etc.
Micro water turbines might be a possibility for you there in the rainforest.
The large majority of people that I am around on a daily basis do not even have a clue WWlll is on the horizon. Be prepared!
Prevention is always better than treatment. If we choose to help prevent these outcomes, the purpose of prepping become a plan B instead of being inevitable. Stand up, fight for equal rights and treatment.

What kind of disagree with you? My friend, we live in the best peacetime right now in our lives. I was born long after the war second World War and minus Vietnam. On otherwise I never involved in any war so I had a great life. I can't complain but we live in the best times of our lives right now. I believe and still camp for a few more years. Of course, things can change but I don't think that it's over, but you never know the Romans. The last generation of the Romans thought Rome was the last forever and today got sacked that 1 day they're surprised them so anything's and it could happen.

Great video Chris, the world needs their eyes opened. I think if people don't see the writing on the wall now, they either don't want to see it or they are hiding under a rock. At this point it comes down to a choice of wether to prepare for what is coming or not. The information and education is out there. With the technology that we have today, there is no reason people should be unprepared. The education and information is literally at the fingertips of every person with a phone or computer.

I think people should prep to live without electric because how much fuel are you going to have anyway? Do you have an atomic reactor?
The real issue with ww3 is there are a lot of medium and smaller scale conflicts that will explode too. The Middle East, multiple places in Africa, southeast Asia, ISIS has been stockpiling around the world. Even south America has tensions mounting. Plus it would disrupt the world economy and probably cause another great depression. Overall it's looking all bad 😂😢
