I can't wait to see how this thing holds up when Kevin Talbot gets his hands on it.
He bends 7075 aluminum chassis with ease, so this will not be straight for long. I just want to see how much it will take compared to the now (should be discontinued) Erevo 2.0

And it has a metal chassis, it’s 1/8 scale not “1/10 scale”, and I could be wrong but I thought the revo was 4s not 6s🤷♂️

i dig the clipless design. Body posts that show, etc should be a thing of the past if we can do it. Scale, bashing, just everywhere. Well done.
The world has changed - with our advanced plastics and 3d printing technology I agree it's time to get rid of the visible body clips / posts.

I've been waiting for traxxas to release an actual truggy. This is sick. Looks like you guys were down at Bolsa Chica for some of the video. That's where I drive my cars, super cool.
Other than the $300.00 overcharge on price, looks real nice.
I actually think it’s worth it because it has some parts that are not so easy to produce and cost more. But they could have made it cheaper and sell it as a roller

@@ir0nm4id3n auch das chassis vom exb hat sich bei manchen gebogen… ich bin mal gespannt auf verschiedene Tests und schaue dann ob’s passt oder nicht

At that price range should have been 7075 aluminum still nice to see something different!
At that price range it should be titanium or stainless still. How much titanium square sheet. ? Its not even $10 retail
This has been my issue with traxxas for years, I think they should at least offer some of their models as rollers or kits for a reasonable price and let people pick what electrics they want to install.

All 1/8th truggies look essentially the same to me. Especially when they started going with the low-profile cab-forward bodies.

Yes. Just take the erevo 2.0 drive train and swap it over. Maybe a bigger brushed motor or a sensored brushless. Call it the s2 summit. needs to happen.

Also...I'm in the process of getting the sledgehammer tires for my ERevo 2.0...mine is basically the exact same thing just without the tires, so there's no point in getting this. Saves $250.00 guys, just get the ERevo 2.0 and put some upgraded servos and steel-belted tires into it. That basically does the same thing.

Arma just took the basic truggy design from TLR or Team Associated or Tekno, etc... but set it up for bashing. The design of this thing is sick when you start looking closer at it.
