Looks like it's about a town with quite the tradition: every Halloween, an "October Queen" is selected and that queen is presented with a magical crown that once a year grants its wearer one wish. A girl wants to be the October Queen so a wish of hers can come true, but a mischievous kitty stolen the crown. A chase across the festival ensues. Soon, the cat's owner catches it and the crown gets sent flying and it lands right on the girl's head, making her the October Queen and granting her wish: to see her deceased father again. But alas, every wish comes with a price.
This is really artistic, the music really fits the art, the theme is so cool, the animationis unique, the 'Naughty kitten' screen and 'The crown' part is really smart, it feels like a fairytail book. Edit: Tysm for the likes 100 isn't alot but it's a lot for me 🥰
