oh wow as a hong konger i don't even know there are such cheap fabric stores in hong kong, i'm planning to buy a sewing machine soon because I really enjoy making clothes but hand sewing is just wayyy too time consuming thank you so much for making this videoo!!
Love your fabric vlogs! First time fabric shopping in HK and have done Yen Chow street market but only just discovered Ki Lung street after many a trips! I didn't come across the shop 'Earth' though, do you know if it's still around and more specifically where its located? Would love to visit before I leave!
I’ve watched a few of your videos now and really enjoyed them. Where in the world did you find the best selection and best prices? Hong Kong ? Or somewhere else? TIA
it was so lovely to see a "fellow fabric addict" enjoying the fabric market too. i know exactly how you feel! the £1/50p a yard shop- i have found some great fabrics there! next time you are in hk ( and when weather is cooler) check out yen chow street hawker bazaar. Fabrics galore!
judy khoo oh yeh I’ve been there... I’ve not gone back because I almost had an overload when I first stepped in. I’m going to attempt it again n when I’m next back in HK!
jovet bonzo I actually don’t know the exact address of the £1/50p shop I just know it’s on the corner of Shek Kip Mei street and Ki lung street. It’s one of the little shops dotted there. I found whilst wondering around there. Sorry I can’t help you more.
Ok, I have all the details for Pattern Bee in Episode 6 of my Fabric Friday series. I talk about the Hermes looking fabric in more detail there if you wanna check it out? You can find the links in the description bar. Hope that helps!
