One of the reasons to choose the Asus card is no decreasing value after reselling it, when the need of update the hardware will appear. Their cards can be sold almost same price even after 2 years. Very few people on youtube speak about it.
Ummm No they don't , It's just marketing. There are Asrock boards and Gigabyte boards that out perform ROG boards all the time...Just go look at the comparison with a ROG STRIX against a Taichi board for one
I've never understood why some folks stress over lighting. The best PC I ever built was in a plain unpainted aluminum case. Like my 66 Skylark, it didn't look like much, but it would make point 5 past lightspeed. It was an absolute screamer for it's day. Why would I care what lights are inside the machine if my eyeballs are going to be fixed on the screen?
Exactly. its like having a wife/gf who is good at heart, but unpleasant to look at, at least at first sight. Its all about the aesthetics. Having said that however, I won't bother getting the strix. I would instead opt for a 3070, in paying just a few more dollars. Any reasonably priced GPU nowadays have all decent/good aesthetics.

How do you play games and then open the case and look at a hunk of plastic and metal graphics card? The graphics card is for the the display that is what they look at not the card goofy.

I got the gigabyte 3060 ti and it does have rgb letters on the front that looks amazing, if you can get your hands on it, its by far my favorite

ROG simply makes the best Graphics Cards and Motherboards. They are untouchable. That's why I got the ROG Strix RTX 3090 over the MSI and AORUS!
