    Always seems to make me angry when I’m playing some deep prep and my opponent is playing really fast but all their moves are somehow still accurate, or seem unrefutable, good on you for keeping cool.

    As a 2200 player i really enjoy watching these videos, they are not too long and i like analyze during and after the game.
    Good job

      Oh no, you're only 2200 on lichess? Have you thought about studying the game a bit or trying to get good?

      @@HighlyCruciferous I was just teasing our friend for bragging about being in the 90th or 95th percentile of chess players. It's impressive, don't get me wrong, but expect to get teased if you casually drop your rating (or income for that matter).

    Jonathan is there a gambit up your sleeve which you think would cause trouble to Hikaru in a 3 min game?

    • @BruceHoult
      @BruceHoult Рік тому

      It would be next to impossible to find a gambit that would cause trouble to Hikaru in a 30 second game. He's pretty much the best in the world at bullet. IN a 3 minute game he can afford to sit and think for 2:45 and then flag you.

    Another great video, Mr. Schrantz, even if you did miss Qg2+ on move 27.
    Entertaining as hell, and informative to boot.
    If you see this comment, though...I sent you a message on Twitch, if you could take the time to look at it, I'd really appreciate it. I'm not trying to harass you or anything, its just pretty important to me, if you have the time.
    Still a huge fan, though, even if you don't. ❤

      @@anthonywillis8506 Nobody said it was mate, friend. The symbol + means check. # is mate. Qg2+ isn't a mate, but it leads to one.

      Yeah. Easily could be IM, but cbf. While commentating on Rosen's recent tournament in Vegas, Jonathon figured out pretty much all the ideas, without an engine, while explaining everything to us plebs. Under less pressure than Eric was, but still ...
