Really does sound like a mix of Halford and Dickinson singing though, and the bass player definitely wants to sound like Steve Harris. Check out Steve Welsh's cover if you haven't yet. That guy is amazing with his covers. I'm also not sure if the vocalist in this video is actually singing the high parts, because clearly they are using a backing track. Might be his vocals recorded, but if so, this is an odd way to do this song live.
