why doesn't the camera automatically start charging once put inside the charging pod (when the charging pod is off) .. once has to switch the charging pod on and off again so as to initiate the charging of the camera inside the charging pod .. this is quiet stupid as the go 2 use to start charing on its own once inserted inside the charging pod. any feedback on this ???? Also what is the recommended charging input ? can we use a 100 watt phone charger to charge it ?
quando la capovolgo (es. appesa al parabrezza dell’auto) , l’immagine non si capovolge in automatico e la registrazione avviene al contrario. Che fare?
Is it possible to keep the action pod at hotel and just take the camera(wear in the pendent) and do 30mins of shooting? Or is it dependent on the action pod to be kept nearby as well?
@@JuanCamacho21 One more question, how does the storage work? Is it purely inside that small camera? And how do you transfer the video recordings to PC?
@@ambarish92 I have it I like it. However it does not do well in dark settings without a lighted area nearby. I need to learn alot about photograph. Example in low light I switched to manual mode and I put the viewer filter to Snow 1 for low light, 2.7 Video 24 Frames, Standard stabilization, 1-60 shutter, 800 ISO, Narrow view which has no image distortion as I am experimenting. Those settings allow more light into the lens. However increasing ISO over 800 or causes screen jittering. You should set your shutter speed to twice your frames rate. However moving with a lower shutter speed creates screen jittering so you may have to raise the shutter speed up to 1-100. As I stated I need to learn more about videoing/photography. In daylight you can just use AUTO for the above viewing. The jitter reduction only works in AUTO. I am trying to get better video in darkness. As for your questions Storage is internal so I bought the 128K over the 64K memory. As for transferring files you can transfer through the APP to your phone using wifi. As for PC u attach the included USB Cable. Hook it to computer and turn on camera. Go to MY PC opening up the drive. The camera view screen will show a screen to ling to pc. Once linked go to MY PC Drive open up the file. Your video will be there as a MP4 video. There are many other you tube video sites with more detailed explanations on using the camera. This is where I got the exposure settings.

Very good video. Plan to buy one and it’s great to have this information before I start. Thanks.
You're welcome! Enjoy your new camera!
Can you transfer files via a USB cable directly from the camera to your laptop without using the Action Pod or app?

It does charging when it off
Does the action pod charge to the go 3s itself ? Or I should use cable to charge the pod ?
Action pod charges the Go3s, yes!
Once you put the camera back into the pod, it automatically starts charging again. Just make sure the pod has some charge in it.

You can leave the action pod at the hotel and just take the camera out. That will be fine.

Mine doesn’t zoom in and out with a tap. It literally forces me to hold the screen down to manually select my zoom.
