Same here I just can’t get them and I wanted them, but nothing I can do other than by the stupidly over priced ones on eBay, which I don’t it’s just not worth it usually it was that or I don’t have enough

@@brodenhalderson3819 although there r thieves in the U.S.(and many other countries) we r not all thieves. Most of us r hard working individuals who pay for our hobbies. With that being said, the west coast has a lot of problems especially with theivery. Glad I live in a great area on the east coast where people have self respect.
Edit: I should also state that I wasn't saying that everyone on the west Coast have no self respect. Rather that the horrible few have just done a lot of bad. There r plenty of great people there still although I'm sure most already have plans of leaving

We should not applaud these types actions. It's just gross consumerism. There is no value here, except the opportunities to purchase broadly that was stolen from other people.
This is a prime example of why things should have buy limits at super markets. Not hating on you for doing it. Just not something I would do myself.
do you not think the actual problem is them putting figures in the magazines that they full well know people will want to amass in high numbers, especially when the figure is locked behind a $140 pay wall?
I really hate that they stopped with the LEGO SW magazine in The Netherlands.. I went to 5 different stores to find Bo Katan untill I learned that they don't sell the Magazine anymore..

I am curious as to how many copies that months issue managed to sell. I don't think they've ever sold as many as the april issue in the years they've printed these magazines.
me too! I've worked in a store that sells magazines and know that at the end of every magazines cycle, whatever they have left they have to send back (it's why we get double foil packs some months as they reuse old ones) but I bet no 212th troopers got returned. it makes me wonder what the normal production number is and if they raised that due to the (surely) anticipated increase in popularity!

I couldn’t find these anywhere. The only copy I found had the figure nicked. Doesn’t help that I never know the exact date new issues are released, so couldn’t pounce on it in time
it used to be the second Wednesday of the month in the UK but the one following this came out the first Wednesday as they had sold out of the 212th so quickly. it will be interesting to see if they revert back to second Wednesday or stick with first Wednesday going forward!

Great video! What did you end up doing with all 152 magazines lmao? I lowkey want to get one just to see how it compares to the LEGO Club magazines from back in the day.
unfortunately most of them went straight in the bin! I try to drop them off to local schools/library's if I can but I live in a much more rural area now so nowhere is really taking them! if you're at Chicago I can try bring one of the newer magazines with me if you remind me a bit closer to the time!

@@yobaafett it is fun, and you're right a lot of camera awkward creators out there! they were all gone pretty quick, I had only gone through about a 10 mile radius of my house though so plenty out there for people who were prepared to put in the leg work on release day!
@Planet TEK that was only the second month since I started getting into lego investing (now I've become a collector 😭), when they release another good fig I should be on it fairly quick. Last month when they cleared out the surplus stock of foil bags I managed to find a few 501st which was a nice surprise

Great video as always! Went to around 20 shops to find these and could not find one copy lol so many that had no bag attached such a shamesome people just seal them...sad times - would be up for buying a few if you were selling any of the additional ones😃
thanks man! yeah i found after about a week suppliers were completely out and couldn't replenish stores anymore. Shame they didn't produce a lot more! had a few people message me about them now so i'll let you know if there is any left after!

The mag was sold out in Germany on the first weekend, shops couldn't even re-order.

Hay yeer man I love the foil bag s silver bags. I get them the Ninjago one s an odd city one s an got few batman one s limted edition one s .so far I only got two duplicate s . I Sean one person post he posted pic he had a hole big Lego bag full of that foil bag fig. I was amazed add how Manny he had for me it's bean the brown space baby fig s I collecting I got 7 of them then another 7 of same guy .but each fig is $13 Doller s cas most saleing them for $13 to $15 each. Only if I could find some one saleing them for $5 each .did U keep one of the mag s with the mini fig it will probly sale for lots in few years. 😊

Im not one to say "save some for others" cause if they wanted em that bad, they would be out on day one doing the same thing u r. I will however say that Lego should just sell army builder figs by themselves and NEVER put them in magazines cause the amount of paper jut getting thrown away is CRAZY. I have seen 10 u-tubers that bought 100-500 of these for the figs and all the magazines went in the trash. Maybe someone should make a video criticizing Lego for saying they r going green meanwhile allowing another company to attach Lego's army building figs to their magazine which they definitely know is getting wasted. Maybe then Lego will just do the right thing and sell Individual StarWars figs and cmf's
I agree, LEGO or the magazine producers new EXACTLY what would happen by making this extremely desirable army builder fig that comes in a high priced set much more accessible. I also agree about the waste of magazines. I consider myself an environmentalist so I really have tried to find a purpose for the magazines. I have tried in the past to donate them to a local library/school but most of them where i'm living now don't want to take them. they are at least recyclable here in the uk

And the concept of having a fig attached to a magazine is fine. It's just a bad idea to do it with army builders especially when that's the only way to get em for less than $140.00 USD In the at-te set.

I really need these but ofc all of the US sellers want 15 bucks a pack. Ridiculous. I really hope Lego comes out with a 212th battle pack with fixed helmet prints. They can't mess this up anymore than they already have. (Well, I mean they totally can lol)
I care more about the helmet mould, (the helmet holes) as I quite like the printing but I agree a 212th battle pack would be sick
they won't fix the print. it has to do with the tolerance they need to leave around the fin on the helmet which would mean the tip of the print near the visor wouldn't connect the side of the fin print and would look weird. plus probably to save money when they use the same pad moulds on recolours!
yeah I wish they would have interchanged the helmet holes variant with the old helmet... or just got the holes in the right place and made a new visor mould
