His ponderosa is pretty much proof of it because the jury admitted that they were rooting for him and even answered yes when Devens asked them if he was going to win (and can you really blame them? The jury loved Devens). Ozzy (Cook Islands) also comes to mind. He may not have really had a social game, but this is double edged because it also means that he didn't really betray anybody or break any promises; and of course he also made up for it with his physical prowess. Of course your other possible responses are great options too!
Gotta say...despite his questionable history with Jenna, I'm rooting for Ethan. For one thing, my dad's a cancer survivor too, and that's WAY harder than winning this game, and for another, he actually DID the sports thing? I didn't know that. Good for him. As far as my female (I always pick a male and a female to root for), Kim. She's the smartest .
I feel like Michele or Kim could win, just because of their power level, and there threat level, Michele got a lot of hate for her win, and I want to see her do good to prove the haters wrong, Kim is a very social and strategical player, and even a physical player.

Dylan Thomas Dawson I think there is a difference winning a season and the status of a player, hear me out. Just because Sandra won twice doesn’t mean she’s a good player, regardless of what the media says and and spoon feeds bias towards the people who watch Survivor without paying much attention to the detail of each player. There are far better physical players, far better strategists, and far better social players that are better than Sandra that haven’t won because they were more threatening to other players like Sandra that do make it to the final 3 but lose to her cuz people on the jury are blinded by the likability aspect and not the players’ gameplay as a whole. And Boston Rob has won 9 individual challenges across 4 seasons, while Sandra has won none. And don’t even get me started on Sandra is queen bullshit, best female player: Kim Spradlin, don’t at me 🤷🏼♂️
It’s so so hard to predict because there’s so many twists and turns and luck, and also we don’t know how older players have changed. Just because Sophie played a chill game in her season doesn’t mean she can’t kick it up a notch (like Sarah changed from her first season to Game Changers) to give her a better chance.
I agree with you putting Tony high up. His threat level is so low after game changers. No one is targeting him early as a result. He has the right mindset in his interviews. Plus he’s Tony, how could you not root for him
I have a feeling that some of the targets will stick together this time. They would have learned from previous All-star seasons that threats need each other to win. So I have a feeling Tyson, Tony, Parvati and Kim may all work together at some stage to get further in the game.

I know a lot of people like Sarah but I don’t. Like “who has beat Sandra.” Ok Sarah. Sandra was literally in the chopping block every single week, and used her powers as much as she could before she was taken out on Day 16. Nobody looked at Sarah as a threat until tall Sierra went out and got the legacy advantage.
I knew Sandra and Boston Rob would be the last 2 and that is correct. At least we got good footage of them with island of the idols haha Though what an iconic moment would it be with Sandra winning AGAIN it’ll never ever ever happen but damn I love my queen
You have 5 of my top 6 on this list :p I can easily see Rob and Amber winning as if one goes to the EOE the other becomes a lot stronger as they can work together thanks to the Fire Tokens. And it wouldn't surprise me at all if Sandra won again as only reason she lost game changers was the tribe swap that screwed her. Michelle and Adam I can see winning because they will be overlooked and have lots to prove, iv liked Adam a lot from his pre game interviews and Michelle iv thought from the beginning has a great chance and I think she could surprise people.
My winner pick is just who I want to win... i'm not going hard analyst, although I do love these type of videos! But I think the person I want to win is a very capable player and could find his way to a win... so let's go Yul!
Sandra has definitely proven herself capable in Game Changers after she was criticized for having a weak gameplay in HvV, but because of her reputation, no way any of the winners would be convinced to let her get into the final 3 again. She won’t be underestimated this time. And other big-name players like Rob and Parvati also have no chance, but hopefully they’ll last long, they’ll make it worth watching

I'm rooting for Denise, Yul, and Amber! The first two for epic gameplay, and Amber because I think she will play unlike what we have seen before. She's gonna kick butt and write names!
Depending how the first couple competitions go (and how alliance lines fall), I feel the first eviction for Sele will be either Parvati or Rob and the first eviction for Dakal will be either Sandra or Amber. I think Rob could reel in the newer winners that don't have a ton of connections with other winners (Adam & Ben, among others) but he will have a fight to get a tribe majority. Parv will probably try to rally the women, and if she can succeed with everyone then she will get Jeremy as a handcuff with Nat. This would give Parv the majority in the tribe to pick off the men. If Rob can get Michelle, Denise, and/or Danni to his side then he may be able to run the pre-merge. I see a strong possibility that Nat & Jeremy end up as the swing vote for Sele's first tribal. Rob & Parv 2 are just too big of players to let anyone else control the game, one of them will run this tribe until a swap or a merge happens unless Nat & Jeremy can rally everyone against both of them. As for Dakal, I don't see any way that the tribe assembled there could possibly let Sandra survive the first eviction, but stranger things have happened. Tyson is known for boneheaded decisions, Amber may somehow be seen as a bigger threat to cut her off before she and Rob can be together, Tony likes to make crazy moves, and Wendell and Nick will both do whatever saves his own skin. Kim was getting a ton of appreciation in the pre-show interviews from all of this season's cast, so she may be at a severe disadvantage, but being on a tribe with Sandra should be an easy way for her to get ingratiated with the tribe and form some alliances. For these reasons, I'd say my bottom 10 power rankings go as follows: 20 - Sandra Diaz-Twine 19 - Rob Mariano 18 - Parvati Shallow 17 - Amber Mariano 16 - Kim Spradlin 15 - Tyson Apostol 14 - Ben Driebergen 13 - Adam Klein 12 - Sophie Clarke 11 - Michele Fitzgerald
I won't lie, I 100 percent had the exact same lowest 3 just had Rob and Amber switched because I feel like Rob will want it more than Amber. The only other player that wasn't on this list that I would have had at number 17 was Tony (played a great first game, but arguably the worst 2nd game of all time). I am so glad you had the follow up at the end of this video and am excited to hear the reasoning behind putting Tony toward the top of the power rankings.
Here's a theme that would never get off the ground, but I think it would be so compelling. I would love to see a "second chance," "all-star" season of first boots. Can you imagine how hungry all of them are to try again? Francesca MUST be in that season and MUST be voted out first again.
Totally agree about Ethan. His game was almost all social in Africa, and not to doubt his abilities but compared to the other players his physicality could be lacking. I can see him ending up like Elaine: in a strong alliance, never really in danger until after the merge and even then I could see him in the top 6-8. But he is a HERO. Not just in the Survivor world but the real world as well. If he goes final 3 he's almost guaranteed the money, unless somehow Sandra makes it there too.

In this part, you were absolutely spot on about Michele. Just one note: #17 - Sarah - I think she would actually win if she beats Tony in the fire making.
Honestly, I'd put Rob in last. He was royally screwed with the pre-merge tribe selections. Unless his team somehow aces the pre-merge and he rejoins with people he is really close with, I don't see him going past the first few episodes
Wendell is going to win. It's not a matter of being the most dominant, it's about being able to make it to the end in a field of huge personalities that are all going to be thinking about who they beat in the final vote literally from the first vote. From there, he'll be sat next to likely one personality and a floater, if he's lucky 2 floaters - he was able to make the case in his first season against an ally, one he's still friends with to this day, that he was the best player, and he did it without downplaying anyone else's game, relying on the third place ally to both of them to do it. It lets people keep their own egos if they lose to a Wendell type attitude, one that acknowledges the allies as key to their victory, over a dominant player who by definition will piss off all the other dominant players.
Hey so I don't know how often you read comments but I have a thing that would be really cool for you to do for your patreon or channel in general, it doesn't really matter to me. . So it would be a fantasy football esk kind of thing where at the start of the season (before or after the first episode depending on whether or not it's a returning cast season or not) people select, A their chosen winner, B the first one to find an idol, C merge group (the people they think will make the merge) or even in the case of this season the person to make it off edge of extinction. After this as the season goes on award points according to how accurate their predictions are and then the winner will get some form of title or prize (again you can choose) and then if you want you could also have different level patrons get a higher competition level with better prizes. You can tweak and edit as you see fit, but it would just be cool to see this happen as I have never had a big enough watch group to execute this myself. Good work on the channel lastly and I hope to see you reach 100k in the coming year!
I think it's going to be incredibly beneficial for Boston Rob and Amber to be going in this season together... Starting with a guaranteed ally is a huge advantage. I think it will be easy to get other members to join their alliance, knowing how strong and honest they are together. Time will tell, but honestly - this is anyone's season.
Honestly, I'm shocked you didn't put Tony, Parvati, or Kim on the bottom half of your list. I rolled my eyes when Kim said in her pre-season video that she thinks she'll be seen as a medium threat. Kim was basically a female Boston Rob in her season, who everyone in her alliance wanted to take to the end, and she won unanimously. That screams HUGE freaking threat who should go out early.
I hole Sandra either gets overlooked since she was an early boot in game changers or since people think she was carried in heroes vs villains. If she gets out first and plays the role of Reem whether or not she gets back in I will be happy.
Natalie will be in a power position premerge being aligned with Jermey. This is because Jer Jer Binks can align her with Rob and Adam, and from there Denise. 5 out of 10 is the necessary amount to have majority at the second tribal council, and at a tribe swap, Jeremy can bring in Kim and her allies
They should make Survivor: Second Place where they take all the runner-ups that haven't returned and won

I have a feeling that some of the targets will stick together this time. They would have learned from previous All-star seasons that threats need each other to win. So I have a feeling Tyson, Tony, Parvati and Kim may all work together at some stage to get further in the game.

I know a lot of people like Sarah but I don’t. Like “who has beat Sandra.” Ok Sarah. Sandra was literally in the chopping block every single week, and used her powers as much as she could before she was taken out on Day 16. Nobody looked at Sarah as a threat until tall Sierra went out and got the legacy advantage.

You have 5 of my top 6 on this list :p I can easily see Rob and Amber winning as if one goes to the EOE the other becomes a lot stronger as they can work together thanks to the Fire Tokens. And it wouldn't surprise me at all if Sandra won again as only reason she lost game changers was the tribe swap that screwed her. Michelle and Adam I can see winning because they will be overlooked and have lots to prove, iv liked Adam a lot from his pre game interviews and Michelle iv thought from the beginning has a great chance and I think she could surprise people.

Sandra has definitely proven herself capable in Game Changers after she was criticized for having a weak gameplay in HvV, but because of her reputation, no way any of the winners would be convinced to let her get into the final 3 again. She won’t be underestimated this time. And other big-name players like Rob and Parvati also have no chance, but hopefully they’ll last long, they’ll make it worth watching

Depending how the first couple competitions go (and how alliance lines fall), I feel the first eviction for Sele will be either Parvati or Rob and the first eviction for Dakal will be either Sandra or Amber.
I think Rob could reel in the newer winners that don't have a ton of connections with other winners (Adam & Ben, among others) but he will have a fight to get a tribe majority. Parv will probably try to rally the women, and if she can succeed with everyone then she will get Jeremy as a handcuff with Nat. This would give Parv the majority in the tribe to pick off the men. If Rob can get Michelle, Denise, and/or Danni to his side then he may be able to run the pre-merge. I see a strong possibility that Nat & Jeremy end up as the swing vote for Sele's first tribal. Rob & Parv 2 are just too big of players to let anyone else control the game, one of them will run this tribe until a swap or a merge happens unless Nat & Jeremy can rally everyone against both of them.
As for Dakal, I don't see any way that the tribe assembled there could possibly let Sandra survive the first eviction, but stranger things have happened. Tyson is known for boneheaded decisions, Amber may somehow be seen as a bigger threat to cut her off before she and Rob can be together, Tony likes to make crazy moves, and Wendell and Nick will both do whatever saves his own skin. Kim was getting a ton of appreciation in the pre-show interviews from all of this season's cast, so she may be at a severe disadvantage, but being on a tribe with Sandra should be an easy way for her to get ingratiated with the tribe and form some alliances.
For these reasons, I'd say my bottom 10 power rankings go as follows:

I won't lie, I 100 percent had the exact same lowest 3 just had Rob and Amber switched because I feel like Rob will want it more than Amber. The only other player that wasn't on this list that I would have had at number 17 was Tony (played a great first game, but arguably the worst 2nd game of all time). I am so glad you had the follow up at the end of this video and am excited to hear the reasoning behind putting Tony toward the top of the power rankings.
Here's a theme that would never get off the ground, but I think it would be so compelling.
I would love to see a "second chance," "all-star" season of first boots. Can you imagine how hungry all of them are to try again? Francesca MUST be in that season and MUST be voted out first again.
Totally agree about Ethan. His game was almost all social in Africa, and not to doubt his abilities but compared to the other players his physicality could be lacking. I can see him ending up like Elaine: in a strong alliance, never really in danger until after the merge and even then I could see him in the top 6-8. But he is a HERO. Not just in the Survivor world but the real world as well. If he goes final 3 he's almost guaranteed the money, unless somehow Sandra makes it there too.

Honestly, I'd put Rob in last. He was royally screwed with the pre-merge tribe selections. Unless his team somehow aces the pre-merge and he rejoins with people he is really close with, I don't see him going past the first few episodes

Wendell is going to win. It's not a matter of being the most dominant, it's about being able to make it to the end in a field of huge personalities that are all going to be thinking about who they beat in the final vote literally from the first vote.
From there, he'll be sat next to likely one personality and a floater, if he's lucky 2 floaters - he was able to make the case in his first season against an ally, one he's still friends with to this day, that he was the best player, and he did it without downplaying anyone else's game, relying on the third place ally to both of them to do it. It lets people keep their own egos if they lose to a Wendell type attitude, one that acknowledges the allies as key to their victory, over a dominant player who by definition will piss off all the other dominant players.

Hey so I don't know how often you read comments but I have a thing that would be really cool for you to do for your patreon or channel in general, it doesn't really matter to me. .
So it would be a fantasy football esk kind of thing where at the start of the season (before or after the first episode depending on whether or not it's a returning cast season or not) people select, A their chosen winner, B the first one to find an idol, C merge group (the people they think will make the merge) or even in the case of this season the person to make it off edge of extinction. After this as the season goes on award points according to how accurate their predictions are and then the winner will get some form of title or prize (again you can choose) and then if you want you could also have different level patrons get a higher competition level with better prizes. You can tweak and edit as you see fit, but it would just be cool to see this happen as I have never had a big enough watch group to execute this myself. Good work on the channel lastly and I hope to see you reach 100k in the coming year!

I think it's going to be incredibly beneficial for Boston Rob and Amber to be going in this season together... Starting with a guaranteed ally is a huge advantage. I think it will be easy to get other members to join their alliance, knowing how strong and honest they are together. Time will tell, but honestly - this is anyone's season.

Honestly, I'm shocked you didn't put Tony, Parvati, or Kim on the bottom half of your list. I rolled my eyes when Kim said in her pre-season video that she thinks she'll be seen as a medium threat. Kim was basically a female Boston Rob in her season, who everyone in her alliance wanted to take to the end, and she won unanimously. That screams HUGE freaking threat who should go out early.
