I want some of that action! I'm riding a ZX12R myself. Let me know when and where.

I’m getting the 12 ready to race . Do you watch dubrpanda’s UA-cam channel? We’re out in Florida

The only ZX-12R that came unrestricted from the factory was a 2000, every other ZX-12R requires the restrictions to be removed

Actually the 2000 and 2001 are unrestricted. They are zx12r a1 models, 2002-2006 are b models. Believe me my 12 is unrestricted, easiest way to tell is the 220mph speedometer.

@@gofastnocrash3651 I have two of these bikes in my garage as we speak and I know everything about this motorcycle. I’ve built them and done everything you could possibly do to them, 2000 was the only unrestricted year. If somebody put a 220 mile an hour speedo on yours then that’s just what they did. Now Google it and show me anywhere where it tells you the 2001 was unrestricted in any country.

You’re right , the 2001 year isn’t unrestricted. Mine was built from a wrecked bike, so it has the unrestricted ecu and 220 speedo. But I did think that the 01 was already unrestricted.
