@johncomrie2303 It's very laid back and peaceful, although one of the locals said there are more people there on a weekend. Thanks for watching the video and commenting 🙂🙂🙂
Like rayong, early this year,I stayed in ban chan-100 baht ladies drinks, but they did so much more than their pattaya counterparts. Enjoyed koh samet as well. What's the bar situation like there?
@pandemicoftheunvaccinated5367 Ko Samet is good, I'm not sure about the bar situation. We were there in the daytime only. Thanks for watching the video 🙂🙂🙂
@pandemicoftheunvaccinated5367 It is very laid back and quiet, there is a row of bars/restaurants opposite the Ocean but no real beach. If you prefere somewhere with a good beach and more nightlife but somewhat laid back I would stick with somewhere like ko samet. Ko Chang is good as well.
@@Yuvadee435 It was very quiet on the day we went. Most shops are closed on Tuesdays, we didn't know that beforehand. Thanks for watching the video and commenting 🙂🙂🙂
Hi Buddy, thanks for your video on Bang Saray. You should check first with your lovely lady on the name pronunciations. Pronounced Barng Saarray according to my Thai partner. The phonetic English spelling is a trap for most English speakers. Almost where ever you see the letter 'a' in a word it is pronounced with an (are or ah) sound. The sound we know as 'bang' is phonetically spelt like this, as in Din Daeng, an area in Bangkok. I hope this helps you buddy.
@adamhend3211 Hello, yes I see what you mean. I will check with Yuvadee. I did some research on youtube before I visited Bang Saray and copied the farang version. Thanks for watching and commenting 🙂 🙂🙂
@scottgeen3062 Hello again Scott, if you like a relatively small town that's laid back and quiet, then yes, it would be a great place to retire. There are some bars on the beach front, although it's not a fantastic beach. Pattaya is about an hors drive away.
Looks pretty laid back. Not too much fishing there. Those are squid boats. The lights are to attract the squid. You can see them offshore @ night. Is there any nightlife?
@elkarlos814 That's interesting, I've seen the boats just off shore at night and wondered if the lights were to attract fish but its squid. I'm not sure about the nightlife there we left around 5.00 p.m. There is possibly music or maybe live bands in the beachfront bars/restaurants. Thanks for watching the video and commenting 🙂🙂🙂
Just don't park in the PUBLIC parking spaces on the road where the beach vendors operate! They will accost you and possibly damage your car if you leave! Threatening for sure!
@senianns9522 Yes that would be threatening for sure. There were no street vendors there when we visited. Thanks for watching the video and commenting 🙂🙂🙂
