Have to say after purchasing QB , it’s been a revelation. After initial teething problems with setting and creating invoice, I’m not techy by the way, I bought a laptop. Set it up and now I can create and do invoices and estimates from my iPhone. Totally brilliant. All stored as it syncs. A I have to do now is work Out MTD for vat
I have just installed QB , was difficult at first to set up. I like the add products and Vat option which adds automatically. At first I thought this very hard work. Practice and patience is key. Very beneficial. Once installed on your laptop, you can do more and more with the app. It’s quicker to add paid invoice on app than doing on the laptop. I can invoice on the go on app now. QB is proving to be a VERY good buy
Is there a way to have a permanent PO number for the customer? They issue one for the year and we have it on their recurring templet but we have to remember to add it to any extra invoices that come up during the year. Thanks for all your wisdom!

Great job Hector Garcia CPA on your "Customizing your Invoice Template in QuickBooks Online" video. I was looking to resize our Logo. However, even after using the largest size logo yet we want it to be larger. Is there a way to override the large size?
This is a big problem that I have with QBO versus Desktop among many others. You can totally customize an invoice to match any invoice a customer may be using in QB Desktop, any version. However, unless your client wants to spend an egregious amount of money per month, you get the crap defaults even in the Plus version. I do not understand why QBO is not a mirror image of Desktop because it by far a superior product.
There is a function to import templates. However some fields are just not user friendly, like the address fo the customer. And the MEMO is in block margin. There is just too much wasted White Space:(
Hector. Love your videos. Can you tell me if there is a way to display the project name on the invoice? I can only get the customer information to come up. I have one customer that I work for 90% of my time but we work on many different projects. Let me know if you can help. Thanks in advance.

Great video. Is there a way to customize the look of a statement? I used custom form styles to setup my invoices but I don't see where you can customize the logo and information for the statements. Where is the statement pulling that from? Can you create customized statement templates?

In a business with TWO locations, how can the template be setup so that with just a click they can switch the billing from one location to the other. Meaning that the client would like to be able to show the location address on the invoice depending on which office did the work. Any chance we can do this yet? Or is there a workaround?
Sir, I want to print my invoices in A5 size, but when my products are more than 10, then the rest is going to next page. In that page, Quickboos is printing my letterhead again. Is it possible to remove the letterhead from each page, just put it on the first page?

Hi Sir Hector. Your video is a great tool for me in using QB. Hope you could make a tutorial on how to use QB for warranty claims. As an example, we're replacing damaged/defective parts for under-warranty goods. I'm just confuse on where this transaction could be recorded/posted as Warranty Claims Receivable and Inventory were both affected. Will greatly appreciate your response. Thank you very much

Horrible forms QB is really bad at creative items is really bad forms they should allow the user to create more options for forms the forms are terrible waste paper hard to read and dont let the company develop their Brand

If you have locations setup, you can also modify the template at the location level

By the way, I'm using QB Desktop.
You just create an invoice for whomever is going to pay you (manufacturer) and enter the part in that invoice plus whatever your service fee is
