- Can you tell the difference between the two depression glass
patterns featured at the end of the show? Who made them
and what are the pattern names? Also, who can correctly
identify the carnival glass pitcher including company name
and pattern? Have fun!

I'm not sure but I think the glasses on the right were made by Jeannette????? They are square vs the diamond shapes on the left.
I can tell the difference because I collect the Windsor pattern in uranium. It's one of my favorites.
@@ameliahouchins1602 My mother had these glasses growing up- I think they were her mother's glasses. I honestly think this is what started me on the old glassware as an adult.
@@sharonbrown2352 That's wonderful Sharon. I love it too. 💗
Are they English Hobnail by Westmoreland and Windsor by Jeanette ?
I love the dancing coffee man!!!😁
All the colors and items are stunning to see!! Nothing like it anymore. I'm so tired of seeing Rae Dunn stuff around. Your vintage items are timeless treasures!! Love it All!! You always find the most unique beautiful items to save. Thank you for showing and all the info you provide. Always fun.
What a lovely collection of colorful glassware, very pleasing to the eye! Thank you Scott for sharing and educating!
You always have a beautiful display, your new home is beautiful.Lang may yer lum reek(Scottish)Translation, long may you have smoke coming from your chimney ,May your house always be warm and you well fed.😍
My late Mother had that KitchenAid mixer. (My Dad had painted the mixer to match the kitchen theme color. A pretty pastel Jadeite-ish green. The kitchen cabinets were a lovely natural wood. This was way before KitchenAid produced colorful mixers.) I will never forget seeing the mixing bowl go flying across the kitchen floor and breaking into pieces! She was mixing a very stiff chocolate frosting. The bowl had come unlocked from its threaded mixer base. I was told to get out of the kitchen while she cleaned up. I was bummed the frosting was ruined. 😆
My FIL gave me my MIL's Kitchenaid and it had this glass bowl. Dad gave it to me in the 1990's and I used it until the motor finally gave out. I wish I would have had it repaired. My hubby was like get a new one with more hp. I wish I had't listened to him. lol
What a great story! 😊🇨🇦
I love the little tomato glasses. My Gran always had them at her dinner place setting. We would sprinkle a little salt& pepper into the tomato juice ❤️
Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Enjoying seeing the beautiful items that you show us and going to the stores too.
We who are hard of hearing appreciate the good audio on your videos. Bless you.,
Scott, you can find the most awesome pieces. I just love seeing what you come up with.😊
Scott .... Simply fabulous finds and items. Great colours and styles. Love the pair of Pyrex Clear Glass Bowls. Love the Design. So simple, but so stylish. Looking forward to the Sale and Auction. Kind regards to you, Sir 👍😉👏
I’m in shock! You found the Metlox of my childhood 🙌🏻 I need those bowls! I have the creamer and a serving bowl which are red with a black embossed rivet pattern from the set which were bought by my parents in the late 50s. Those hit me with such intense nostalgia ❤️🐩
Those are some beautiful pieces Scott. Enjoy the day today. ☺️👍🏻
Beautiful jewel tone glasses it's amazing to look at them they surely are treasures from the past.
Hi Scott. The bungalow dining room looks lovely! I bet that you are having a good time finding just the right spots for all of your furniture and collectibles.
So much elegant great glass!!! Scott I did my homework and that water pitcher is probably the best example I've ever seen! That marigold is so dark and rich! Your water pitcher was produced by Imperial and imperial referenced it as just Imperial Rose that I found in my Butler Brothers Catalog from 1916. Now the collectors reference the water pitchers and tumblers as Luster Rose and any of the plates or bowls with collar bases are called Open Rose. I also found that imperial produced and sold this pattern from 1912-1917!
Man, these buff colored walls are just *chef’s kiss* … what a wonderful opportunity you’ve found in this house. I hope you’re happy with it. I can’t wait to see it’s contained evolution. But, first … THE LIGHTING FIXTURES! The wait is torture.
Lots of lovely items today!
The Florida pieces would be adorable for Easter.
Current obsession, finding the little red Royal Bayreuth devil.
Omg that clear and gold lidded dish and that poppy biscuit jar…😍😍
I’m always so excited when I get a notification from your channel! Love the haul, especially that antique frame! Gorgeous ❤
Thank you for sharing a wonderful video 😅f your collectibles 🌹🌹🌹🌹
I love the poppy set. Would look great in a vintage/retro caravan. The "tacky set" was gorgeous 😂
Scott I love the Poppytrail rooster bowls. I thrifted the large oval Platter. I have it displayed in my kitchen !
Vintage Glass is Quality and so Gorgeous❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. GREAT VIDEO AND GREAT CONTENT. THUMBS-UP ALWAYS!!!!!!
Great video Scotty! Thanks for sharing!
Love the way the glass glows!
I love your lamp Scott ❤️
Love the new cup and saucer. So many pretty things to look at despite that wrinkly table runner [haha and j.k.]!
Beautiful finds. So fun to watch. 🤔
Those tomato glasses are so cute with the red around the rim. It really makes them pop! Very eye catching. 👁
Lol. "Wonderfully tacky " For some reason that 60's set reminded me of Easter q🐥
Oh my! That intro made my heart sing!!! 💖 Thank you!
Lovely objects as always.
Everything is beautiful!!
You’ve been busy!!! I sure love following you in spite of the fact that I’m into the late 50s early 60s style.
I have a similar lamp. At Christmas I put a red bulb in the top and green in bottom! Looks great. Milk glass works well for any colored bulb. Great selection of dept. glass!👍
What a great idea!
I have never found one signal piece of uranium glass at the 10+ Goodwill stores near me. Employees tell me they now pack up any uranium glass and all camera gear to be only sold at their online store. 😪
Love everything!
So much to absorb lol. Of course my favorite’s were the uranium and that beautiful blue compote😍
I like the cup and saucer you are using.I can see why you bought them.
I love the kitch Florida sovenier
Wow the photo insert of the Bayreuth items.
Scott, will you give us a tour of your (what must be very extensive...) 'single cup and saucer' collection, some time...?
Lol - I am drinking coffee and having a home-made raspberry breakfast muffin with you :)
If you took that Florida set to your local nail salon I’m sure they would be able to match that colour and dab a bit on the chips.
Love the Caprice pieces. It was my Mom's cousin's wedding pattern, in the blue. My Mom's was Candlewick. I adore the pink cream and sugar. I may have to break my rule of only buying orphans.
Easy, Anchor Hocking's Waterford and Jeannette's Windsor. I did not even have to consult my book for that! (Sounds of me patting myself on the back.) LOL.
Ow!!! I think I just got a crick!!
Daniel, is the one that cris crosses the Windsor?
@@craftyjacki5046 yes, sometimes referred to by collectors as Windsor Diamond. The allover diamond pattern is Waterford.
Agreed Daniel
However, you have definitely brought in mid century stuff too. ❤
Pink tray with clear glasses= Jeanette Glass, Diamond pattern The other set is Anchor Hocking-Waffle pattern. I wish I had a glass book lol😂
That Florida cream & sugar! I wish this wasn't a year ago, i want them! You know they came all the way to Jersey in the back of the wood paneled station wagon
Hi Scott, beautiful haul today and great to see dancing coffee guy again! Question....is there a difference in value between something with an applied handle vs a moulded one?? 🇨🇦
Lots of beauties. I have a tomato shaped pitcher with matching salt and pepper. And an overflowing china cabinet. But I am so tempted to collect more colored glass.
Scott you certainly have curated some treasures. Good for you. For the quiz: I think it is Imperial Glass Marigold Open Luster Rose Pitcher. Am I right?
I have to re-orient my brain with the new display set-up!---Still more amber Iris & Herringbone! It must have been a regional thing, I've only seen the clear out west!---Who is the singer in your opener! I'm guessing it's someone I've never heard of!
He did a whole video once on the song and the singer-look for it in previous videos
The brass frame would look great with a mirror in it.
Gorgeous isn't it
That's what I was thinking too!
I thought the same thing.
Scott, could you recommend a book that discusses the differences in the Georgian pattern? Many thanks, Lynn
Absolutely love your videos!
Today lunch menu with Scott, Is a fried baloney sandwich, sinfully-seasoned VooDoo Pretzel stixs, and a Zevia gingerale, dessert, homemade Boston cream pie,.😊❤ wish I could find the nice things you find here in Massachusetts, but not to much luck😢
Sounds great!
Same problem here in Arkansas, that lunch sounds super yummy!
Based on what I looked up, that carnival glass pitcher was made by Imperial and is either the Lustre Rose or Open Rose pattern. As for the depression glass, the maker is Anchor Hocking, and the pattern is called Miss America. How did I do Scott?
The Cambridge dish,I'd use it like you Scott.Jewellery etc
The pink cream and sugar would have had tiny pink salt and pepper and a tiny plate to pit over the creamer. I have a couple of these sets. Love the stacking cream and sugars
Waterford "Waffle" by Hocking and Winsor Diamond by Jeanette
The clear glass shades, perfection. Would they have been on a ceiling light? Hanging light? I can't quite picture the fixture they would work on, but I do know if I had the correct one I would choose those. Such good clear glass. Thank you for the show :)
Off today First!
LOVE..... SALEM CUTIE PIE, XOXO
Pink tray and mate is Jeanette glass diamond pattern. Other set is Anchor Hocking waffle pattern my guesses😁
🥦I love moonlight blue💙
Imperial glass open rose pattern in marigold
YEAH Judy you got it! Correct on the carnival glass piece. Thank you for joining in the fun!
I sell random pieces of depression glass and tell everyone it is a great way to start a collection.
What do you use to clean the glassware? It really sparkles!
Beautiful items as always, Scott! Love when you give us a challenge to find out what the patterns are. Fun!!!! Is one of the clear glass the Wexford pattern? Or am I way off?🤔
Good guess.....keep trying! :)
Close, but no cigar. Tee hee.
oh my gosh, Scott are you willing to sell the squareish orange tinted tray at 22:41 ?
Imperial Glass-Marigold Open Rose Luster
The moonlight blue sherbert glasses and compote are almost irridesant
Pitcher is Imperial Glass-Pattern/Open Rose Marigold Luster
Neat glass
Pink set is Jeanette is diamond pattern and other set is Anchor Hocking waffle pattern…maybe😂
Pitcher is Imperial's lustre rose.
Pitcher is Imperial Glass
Pattern is Marigold Open Rose Luster
Ok you made me go to the books. And every pattern isn't in one book lol. My offer for first is Waterford , waffle by hocking 38-44. 2nd Windsor, Windsor diamond by Jeanette 36-46
I am pretty sure that the pitcher is Imperial, 4800 line, "Imperial Rose".
Pink sierra butter bottom sitting on the blue plate?
I think it is American and cubed.
Open rose Imperial
🥦Scott, your comment is tagged, but not floating to the top.
Thank you!!!!!!!!
