People say this album or song is underated, but in actuality, it topped the charts! 😎👍
I think it's more that they abandoned the album and don't play it anymore due to Frusciante. Hence its basically forgotten by everyone except for the fans.

Prob their most underrated. I loved when Navarro partnered up w RHCP. Great fit. But like so many great bands, there’s typically a revolving door instrument that struggles to keep the band tight-knit: in this case it’s a guitarist. For Metallica: a bassist, PJ= drummer. Then u have your bands that are solid through and through excluding Green Day and Weezer since they’re huge sell outs but 311, Beastie Boys, SOAD: never had a lineup change

I was a 5th grader visiting London with my older sister when i walked into the HMV and bought this album 🤗
This was my favorite song on the album when I was a teenager

I was in prison in 2010 when Gabrielle Giffords got shot and the lil girl died in AZ. I managed to smoke some weed , so i was jamming this song in my headphones while having the TV on and while covering that story when i heard the 3rd verse. " I heard a little girl and what she said was something beautiful " and i was astonished by the message i felt her communicating with me thru this sone in a weird way

Lived my life misunderstood, misinterpreted, and even seen like a villain for years over misunderstandings. No one gets me. Even at the "get me enough to raise me like a model American" gets me.
