Get one of those portable usb powered monitors that's like a laptop screen, can velcro tape it to the wall of the van and/or pack it away if needed or get like a microphone clamp tablet swing arm, might be limited to about 18 inch max though, they barely use 10w. Also charging your ebikes completely from solar never gets old, it feels like I'm doing something criminal every time I charge mine for free too. 😂
