The staff members who live in the wooden houses seem to have young children. Sad that they will probably have to be displaced when the property sells. I hope the new owner will employ them and let them stay.
This kind of property needs help and its definitely no fun looking for good staff. Theres not much reason not to continue to employ people who are already there and already know the needs of the property.
An exceptional property, that hopefully someone can for fill it’s great potential in the future, I would love to eat at that lovely location if I had the chance.👍🙏

I absolutely adore this home. The tower reminds of a widow's walk. In New England, US, sailors homes used to have these so their wives could watch the ships come in hoping their husband was coming home. So many wonderful architectural features. Thank you!

This Villa stands so stately on this hill. Love the Welness Center. I know how to do Healing Touch and Reiki and would be perfect for this business . Also the resturant and so much mroe can be quite a business. But am not sure about cows though and it is good though for those who can handle all of that. This is why people live there and work there am sure to help as needed in certain areas. Very exquisite!! * My cousin's mom's, maiden name is Pelligrini and they came from Italy! I bet they are some how related? When he does go to Italy they have an apartment on top floor of thier home just for family to stay anytime they would like to visit, * Never have been there myself. Danilo, you always bring such lovely properties to show! Thank you! This would be such a grand home for anyone who would like running a' multi business,' right from home! . This is a lovely area too and think with everything done over so nicely over the years it would be iin perfect shape for anyone that would be ready to undertake their dream of a lifetime! Thank you for the video. This house reminded me of my home when I was a kid. I am Japanese and I did not live in such a big house (but it had many rooms as it was 9DK. My father was rich, and he built a bath like this one, with a waterfall flowing into a cave. My father was rich and he built a bath in a cave with a waterfall running through it. Also, like this house, there was a separate building where we dried our crops from the farmland and did other hobbies there. There was no swimming pool, but there was also a small pond. Also, the garden was made of many rocks and was planted with high quality plants, just like the garden of a daimyo (meaning a samurai lord). Moreover, in the bath, besides the waterfall, there was an aquarium with tropical fish and a dragon palace under the floor. The Dragon Palace is a castle in the sea, where a beautiful princess lives, and it is like heaven. In the legend of Urashima Taro, Taro and his princess, Otohime, spend a happy time in a castle in the sea. In the glass case, there was a small castle of the Dragon Palace and a doll of Taro Urashima. Even though it was a foreign house, I felt very nostalgic.
