  • Hi Everyone!
My name is Dan, and I am a veterinarian. Today I am talking over Farmer's Dog Food. There are four reasons why I like Farmer's Dog Food.
First, Farmer's Dog Food is AAFCO certificated. This means that the dog food meets all the requirements for a healthy dog food. Your dog should have no dietary deficiencies.
Second, Farmer's Dog Food is Humane Grade Food. This means the USDA had confirmed that this food is good enough for humane consumption too. It is really impressive that this food is good enough for me and you to eat too. This should be the goal for all dog food.
Third, Farmer's Dog Food will help you get your dog to an ideal weight. It does not matter if your dog is over or under weight. Talk with your vet or veterinarian first regarding your dog's ideal weight. Once you know the ideal weight, Farmer's Dog Food will be calculated for a dog of that size.
Fourth, Farmer's Dog Food was made by a veterinary nutritionist. I always like it when a fellow veterinarian is on the team helping a dog food be better for our fur babies.

Been looking to get my little heeler mix off the generic kibble and onto something higher in protein.
We've been struggling with weight, despite most treats consisting of baby carrots. He is coming off of knee surgery and several months of crate rest as well.
    I'll definitely look into this.

I hope your doggy has a full recovery from the knee surgery! Thanks for watching!

I'm loving your videos. Thanks. I also saw your video about sunday's dog food... My dog is already using the farmer's dog, but I was considering making the switch over to Sundays. What's your thoughts? They both seem like good options. I'm thinking about maybe doing both of them. I just don't know if it would upset his tummy. But if making the switch to Sundays would be sufficient, nutrient-wise, it definitely seems to be a lot cheaper to go that route as well.... So I would love your thoughts.

My dogs are on the farmers dog with a small handful of carna4 which is airbaked nuggets, synthetic free and cooked gently at low temperatures. I would choose carna4 over Sundays

    They are not aafco approved.

They did a feeding trial that surpassed AAFCO. If you have additional questions, please reach out to farmer’s dog.
