- My Best Steak Sandwich 😈
2 large sandwiches:
2 baguettes
1 lb shredded beef
Salt, pepper, and Worcestershire to taste
1 large onion, thin sliced
2 Tbsp oil or butter
1 Tbsp Worcestershire
Green sauce:
1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch parsley
2 jalapeno or serrano pepper
3-4 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt, or more to taste
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup mayo
1 Tbsp harissa paste
Pinch of salt

My favorite thing about golden balance is that his recipes are always practical, not to mention sometimes you even go out of your way to show healthy variants, I consistently find myself repeatedly making your dishes and also just genuinely enjoying your content because you rarely if ever make those some goofy gimmick recipes like 2000$ gold dust on a 3000$ Cavier steak sandwich experiment

Make sure the onions are really cold and your knife is super sharp. If that doesn’t work have someone fan away the fumes since you’re recording 😂 or you can chew gum while you’re cutting onions 😬

You can rinse the onion under VERY COLD water for 15+ seconds before cutting. This will keep it from making you cry.
You could also rinse it in ice water.
