I made this last night for my family. Today my mom called me and said this was a meal she will remember for the rest of her life. You should have seen my wife's face after the first bite. I think she was ready to marry me all over again :) I made some alterations - used a chiabatta for bread, added diced pickles into the sriracha-mayo-worch sauce and put molten swiss cheese on the steak strips. Thanks, Sam.

A restaurant near me serves a steak sort of like this, they put the steak over garlic toasts so every bite you get garlic bread with it. Its delicious.
You’d be lucky getting this for 20 bucks. Places in my area would charge closer to 30 for something like this, that’s why I only eat steak at home. Just a hell of a lot cheaper

I MADE THIS tonight, I can honestly say I think this was the best fucking sandwich I've had in my entire life. I took a 2" thick piece of prime New York steak, reverse seared it (highly recommend watching the video and doing it, very easy), and prepped everything else per the video. I could have a heart attack tonight, and be proud that was my final meal. Thank you Sam.

@@Aristotle111 Well red meat is healthier than 100% of your processed foods that people buy in the grocery store. I grew up on a beef cattle ranch and belive me cattle lead very boring lives. I mean it's not like they aspire to become a Nobel prize winner or world renowned scientist or anything. Besides if you don't eat it it leaves more for me. :)

Made this for some friends and family that came over to watch the game this weekend. It was amazing and super easy to make. I used ciabatta bread toasted on the grill. My only regret was not making more for a late night snack!

mrjinkorea Man trust me... leave out the cheese. I know it sounds weird, cheese is one of my favorite things to eat, but is not meant for this type of sandwich. Steak, onions, fresh greens, thats it.
