Kudo's to Ed Sheeran! I've listened to the two songs, and they sound very different. I've tried to see if I could hear any similarities and I had to really listen hard to the whole song and although there's only one beat that is slightly similar (as many other songs out there have) I still couldn't understand why this song went to court. When I heard "Thinking out loud" for the first time I didn't even think of "Let's get it on" at all. I really hope the Townsend family will now leave Ed Sheeran alone. It's over! Time to move on!

Thanks Ed Sheeran for taking such a strong stance. I dont like his music and his song is a blatant rip off, but does not cobstitute copyright infringement. The chords and drum beats of both songs are similar, almost identical. However you cant copyright a basic chord progression or drum beat "feel". The lawsuit was a clear shake down and big ups to Ed Sheeran for fighting. He could have easily settled to rid himself of the matter. Much respect for Mr Sheeran.

He’s losing his hair. As a woman that has lost a lot, it’s an embarrassing thing. So please don’t criticize him.
His hair has always looked like that, perhaps he likes it that way or perhaps there's another reason behind it, we don't know. What's more surprising is that you not only thought something unkind about a person but then took the time to actually type it out and chose to post it. It's really unnecessary.

His English wasn't incorrect or wrongly pronounced at any point, he just tripped over his words a couple of times which is natural.
You should put a comma after England and a full stop at the end of the sentence.
