Dua ki Special Jhatpat CHICKEN HANDI | quick and easy 10 minutes recipe |

BONELESS CHICKEN HANDI
600g chicken
2 onions
2 tomatos
6 cloves garlic
1 tea spoon garlic paste
1 tea spoon ginger paste
3 green chilli
1 tablespoon chilli powder
1 tea spoon turmeric powder
1 tea spoon salt
2 tea spoon crushed coriander seeds
½ tea spoon cumin seeds
½ cup yogurt
1 teaspoon fenugreek
1 teaspoon garam masala
100ml cream
Directions:
- Fry the chopped onions until golden brown and set it aside
- In the same pan add the chopped garlic, once the garlic is cooked add the tomatoes and 1 teaspoon garlic and ginger paste
- Then add the spices and cook through, once they are cooked then add the golden brown onions and cook for another 2-3 minutes
- Add the chicken and cook for another 8-10 minutes till the chicken is cooked through, cover with a lid if necessary
- Once the chicken is cooked add the cumin seeds followed by yogurt and cook for another 5 minutes till the oil separates
- Add the roasted cumin seeds and kasuri meethi (fenugreek)
- Add the cream and cook through
- Sprinkle some garam masala and the handi is ready
- ENJOY !!!
