- Mutton Marination Ingredients:
1.5 kg mutton
½ kg yogurt
1 cinnamon stick (dar cheeni)
1 black cardamom
2 green cardamom
1 ½ table spoon red chilli powder
1 table red chilli flakes
2 table spoon salt
1 table spoon coriander powder
1 table spoon cumin powder
½ table spoon turmeric
2 table spoon lemon juice
2 table spoon ginger paste
2 table spoon garlic paste
3 table spoon coriander and green chilli paste
Mutton cooking ingredients:
800g onions
1 kg tomato
1 cup water
Rice ingredients:
2 kg rice
1 kg potatoes
200g onions
2 ½ table spoon garlic paste
2 table spoon ginger paste
2 table spoon cumin seeds
1 star anise
2 cinamon stick
4 cloves
2 black cardamom
3 green cardamom
4 bay leaf
1 mace (javitri)
10 whole black pepper
2 table spoon salt
1 table spoon red chilli powder
4 stock cubes
