Tuna and onion pizza it's actually very common here in north Italy it's one of the standard 4/5 flavours that you'll always find ready in take away pizzerias.

The peach and shrimp pizza looks great.
I was eating fruit on pizza in Brasil in the mid-ninties, and loved it all.
And of course, as a Canadian, I have been eating pineapple on pizza since the 70's.
yeah ive had figs, apple slices and brie on a pizza drizzled with honey and it was delicious. i think the weird part was just that peach was paired with shrimp and fake crab here. perhaps a lemon or lime would pair better?
Pineapple with Canadian bacon is fire.
@@GodofLovers Roast ham and pineapple is a wonderful flavor combo, usually paired with rolls at a dinner table. IDK why it becomes such a big deal to some people when you combine it all together on top of a crust (ie the yeast roll) with cheese.

The first time I had tuna pizza was in Germany. I was skeptical at first but I LOVED it. The second time was in Greece and it blew my mind there too. Tuna on pizza in delicious. Don't let your american conceptions about what should go on pizza stop you from trying something different.

Yeah it's pretty common in Europe. I hate seafood but I get a super thin-crust tuna + onion pizza every time I'm in Spain, it's soooo good.

i've had a wild boar fried rice with live silk worms crawling all over it. and it was cooked with the worms' fat too and i have to say it was amazing. the hawker told me to pop the head first (crunchy on the outside but kinda salty and gooey on the inside). they come with a bowl of seaweed soup and its one of the best food i've had in my life, 10/10 😁😁
Good on you trying that, for me the heads being a different color is what makes them especially scary lol.. But ik some people HAVE to eat these foods

One of your most entertaining videos I've watched lately
Those are silkworm pupae. It's a popular and common dish in Vietnam, the right way to cook them is to roast them with a little oil, pepper, chili, spices and especially lemon leaves. You will be surprised because this dish is very aromatic and delicious, especially when served with rice. It's weird to have silkworm pupae pizza, but to be honest, that's not the right way to enjoy silkworm pupae.

I worked at Domino's Pizza in Hong Kong in the 90's and early 2000's. They had tuna pizza, smoked salmon pizza, and eggplant pizza. All of them were delicious.

Tuna is actually pretty good as a nacho topping, along with cheese and nacho jalapenos.
I've been thinking for the last few months that the BEFRS team needs to have a "Sonny Chia-Head" made to sell in their store, to honor Sonny's new hair and do it before the holidays. I think you can grow herbs on them. I'd def buy several of 'em for family and friends!! 😂👍
BEFRS could even have a contest where people can post pics of their painted "Sonny Chia-Head" and either everyone vote or the BFRS TEAM picks the best one.
Yummy yummy especially if thats some form of wasabi cream sauce on top. I dont like hot tuna but if its added on afterwards its amazing

I'd definitely order all 3 of the pizzas. Would rather have 1 slice of the silk worm pizza, but i could always have a group of friends willing to try it out.
No…I definitely would not order silk worm pizza if it were available here in the US. I would; however, order cricket pizza or pizza with toasted ants. I just cannot deal with some textures no matter how delicious they may be. And silk worm innards go way past my basic abilities on gooey textures. I would involuntarily gag as soon as one gushed out it’s guts. Sorry 😂

Silk worms are a hard sell throughout Asia, most people aren't eating them throughout the various countries, it's either a local custom, a health food, or a necessity food but from what I understand it's just plain gross regardless. I'm down to try some bugs but from what I've seen almost mo one likes silk worms.
Believe it or not, texture of silk worm when cooked is not gooey but more like fish egg or hard-boiled egg yolk

1. When I use to make pizza at home, I'd commonly put seafood on it. Mock crab and shrimp, onions, mushrooms, and a light layer of cheese.
2. I don't think I'd like silkworm pizza even though I tried and liked fried silkworm as a kid. Silkworm used to be popular in some parts of Asia generations ago, but not so much in general these days from what I gather.

I tried silkworms on several different occasions and I can't get past the texture. If they did fried bamboo worms aka rod duan, I would eat that all the time.

Tuna is an unusual thing to put on pizza? oO Here in Germany EVERY Pizza-Delivery has a tuna-pizza. Mostly its paired with onions (red onions). I think it has to be ordered frequently - because as i said: EVERY pizza location has it.
Same here in Belgium. In most places you can get pizza with tuna and personally I really like it.

If you think these pizza's flavours are odd... check out Brazilian's Pizzas sold in brazil... your jaw will drop hard :) From strogonoff pizza to sushi pizza, burguer pizza, sweet pizza and so on... name it and brazilians will make it a pizza
TIL worm insides has the consistensy of a chicken liver paté but with worm flavor. And the outside skin is kinda leathery. I do wonder what worm flavor taste like, but I am not curious enough to find out🤣😂

Tuna is something strange to put on a pizza? It's a traditional italian pizza flavor (pizza tonno e cipolla) and it's a beloved staple in most countries in Europe. Do Americans not know this pizza?

My local H Mart had one brand of canned silkworm pupae and those were selling so now there are like 4 brands and they seem to be selling (the way to tell is look for dust on top of the cans - there's absolutely none). I've not been brave enough to try silkworm pupae yet but maybe someday. It seems like they ought to be good, and we eat shrimp all the time...

Tuna is a Common topping in the Caribbean too. We do tuna with corn on pizza. Actually quite a yummy combination

I've had insects in Mexico, but I wouldn't eat worms. Well maybe dried ones if there's nothing else available or just to try, but gushy squishy ones, hell no ! Nice video all the same, all the best !

Wow tuna is one of the most common things in pizza here in Finland. One of the basic pizzas is called opera special it got tuna, salami and ham in it and I usually buy that

I live in Cambodia and I have tried The Pizza Company. One of my go to pizza places. Although almost every pizza there has corn on it for some reason. I never understood it but its a staple in South East Asia
