Taking My 1948 Stinson 108-3 On Vacation (part 2) Collingwood

hello everyone!
part 2 of our vacation in Tobermory, Ontario. on our 3rd day, we went on a boat tour and got to see the shipwrecks in Big Tub and take a hike on Flower Pot Island. in the morning, we took our hosts and one other guest up for a flight in the stinson!
day 4 was go home day, and since the thunderstorms made us think we might not make it all the way, careful planning and lots of back up plans made us feel comfortable and ready for the journey.

wishi knew how to use a gopro last year i took my stinson reliant and my 3 dogs on vacation . we flew all over northern canada and bc and the midwest. gone for 3months had a blast, nothing like flying in a old plane. this year we are taking it to europe, already had it shoipped to scotland to a shop to put the wings on, shold be ready in a week or so, hell i may not come back lol but i did meet this gal who is a puter whiz so maybe ssshe can do the go pro. takes videos of the whole trip around europe
