You must be from my home province, Guizhou. Though I was born in the capital city Guiyang, I have many cousins living in the country side. All the dishes you made, I have tried them before. I am stuck here in US. I can still make some of them with materials I find in local Asian grocery stores. One day when my kid graduates from college, I shall return to the place where I belong. Hope I am still healthy when that day arrives.
