- In this video I will show you what you need to replace the existing snare pad on a Roland TD4-kp and how to change it out. Simple as that. Thanks for watching!
I've the Pdx-100 for more than 4 years. It's a great pad.
You can use a regular snare stand a forget about fiddling with the rack, that's what I did with my TD11 because the snare arm kept coming lose and I didn't want to over tighten it.
Never even thought to try that. 🤘
Hi! Great video. Do you have the exact model of the mount that you used to install the new pad?

I am pretty sure it was this. In this kit its a vertical post. So you need a circular mount. But with metal bar? Piece that will rotate to vertical. Hope that makes sense.
@@Bearvswolf Thank you very much.

Check out the pinned comment in this video. I put the settings I used in the replies here.

Appreciate the video, but lowering the camera to see what you're actually doing would've helped.
Super easy. Just need the bracket mentioned. Nothing to it
What about tom or floor? Is it upgradable? ex;pdx6.
On this kit those drums are a bit different to remove. But you could use different pads yes. The toms are more connected to the frame.
