Ritchie is an amazing community on the south side of Edmonton. Ritchie sits just south of Whyte Ave with the Mill Creek Ravine bordering on its East Side. With amazing scenery and views, Ritchie may be one of the most scenic communities that Edmonton has to offer. There are many access points to the trails in the River Valley as well as the Mill Creek Ravine. Nature lovers rejoice! We also have great access to amenities in Ritchie with Whyte Ave, the UofA, and Gateway Boulevard all just a short drive or bus ride away. There are phenomenal small businesses and restaurants here in the community of Ritchie as well.

Hi - I bought my first home in Ritchie in 1976 for $40,000. It was a 2-bed with 684 sq feet and a large garden with a garage at the end of the garden. I rented rooms to two UofA students and had a new gas fire installed
