Yes but the "M" move is hard to fingertrick... i switched to the R AND U movies cause the finger tricks are easier.
Jay f it depends on you and your cube , Drew Brads actually uses those M algs and they take him ~0.6s . Try those out
I also use the M ones I find that it's faster than the normal ones with the regrips

If thats the case you should maybe first learn the concept of 4 Look Last Layer (4LLL). I come here every weekend and learn one PLL 😂. Just 2 G Perma left. After that I’ll work my way through the OLLs next year

Zaka Ziko this is actually for advanced cubers man, you should just copy the notation and find your own fingertricks, then when you control all the pll's come back and take the fingertricks you think you can do as good as Feliks can

Speak FFS! "Hey most people do this, but I find if I do this, I gain X advantage". Or, "When I was beggining I used this alogorithm, but found this one here to be more effective because of XYZ".
Also, This should have been probably 4 different videos. Edges only, corners only, VYNJRFT, and G only. The reason is, 4 different videos, you could give more information without getting boring, and back to first point, actually speak!

on the Rb perm instead of doing the first U2 with the right hand you could do it with the left hand and then doing second U2 with the right hand to make the alg regripless
