My huge problem with decluttering is I find myself attached to things that I've had forever yet never wear or use anymore haha. When you were going through everything and you had things from travels or high school I was like "if only I could simply let my dust collectors go" I just pile them into a box :p I feel like your video has given me the push I need :)
i'm so glad the video helped! i too get very attached to things i've had for a very long time... but it does get easier as you start to let go. i read a book that basically said you should only keep things that bring you joy. i'm trying to use that lens now when i declutter but there are still things i know i should probably let go but that i end up hanging on to (e.g., parrot earrings lol). :)
I struggle with decluttering jewelry it’s so bad. I decluttered a ton but it’s sitting in a box separate from stuff I wear, I haven’t gotten rid of it yet lol.

It's amazing how we collect items...me too! I have things in my drawers that I don't wear because I forget I have them! You did very well Lesley! Where do you donate your items too? I usually go to Value Village, but I'm annoyed with them as of late. At least the one near my house. Happy Saturday! Xxx
lol you are too funny!! :) i'm giving myself until june 30 next year to fully declutter and then until the end of 2015 to organize everything i have left. i'm very excited about the progress and plan to do a lot over the holidays since i have a few days off work. i too forget i have things because they are buried deep in the condo! we usually donate to goodwill, but our condo concierge also accepts donations... i can't remember off the top of my head where the donations go but it's a place that comes by to pick up the donations. i usually have so much that i'm embarrassed to bring it down, so we usually keep it all in our kitchen until we have the car to do a goodwill run. :) x
petitepearstyle You know it's fabulous that you are donating your goodies. They are all is great condition and someone will show them love....remember someone elses garbage is another persons treasure....enjoy your Monday bella! ♥♥♥

You did soooo well. Congrats on that massive de cluttering, there is a noticeable difference in your voice and the way you now take on these de cluttering projects from when you first started. Keep going you are doing amazingly 😚

I feel like I've been putting back decluttering forever and now that I've started, I'm on a roll. I'm obsessed with these kinds of videos too.

Where are those collar necklaces from?
they are both from h&m... i got them a number of seasons ago but they may have something similar...
maybe is better to have some good pieces than a lot of plastic pieces.
