This would PISS me off, not to make it about the guests. But as a guest, I bought a dress, got it altered, my husband got a suit, maybe we traveled (plane ticket, hotel, etc), paid for a hair cut for him, got my hair done, nails, etc and even a baby sitter for my son. The groom would have to square up. And I’m taking my wedding gift home with me.

I had to stop being friends with my friends in my 20s when their values stopped aligning with mine. I believed in honesty and working hard and they believed in stealing, doing drugs and everything with it.

People are rarely good people who set out to hurt someone like that, theres always some behaviour or indicator that thats who they are. I have a petty revenge but it's nowhere near as bad as some of those, that's crazy.
When I was about 13 I was on a competition cheer team. I was 1 of 3 people of color on the team. I was called ghetto and hood rat and racial slurs. (Side note I did not grow up in the hood im a 3rd generation suburban kid lol wasn't even allowed to use slang) Lets call the ring leader Jamie. Jamie would say things just loud enough for me to hear then say "oh no you misheard me" then laugh. After about 3 months I confronted all of them at practice in front of the coach. They said even if it was true I was overreacting. I said "Okay but do it again and im going to be the hood rat that beats your ass." Jamie and her minions were at it again in the locker room. I told them I was going to drop Jamie when she came down to basket and if they caught her id beat their asses. So Jamie went up into a liberty came down popped up into a scorpion then a toe touch and when she came down we all stepped back. She hit the mat she was fine but I never heard another racial sler leave their mouths or had another problem with them. As an adult I feel really bad that I handled it that way because 2 wrongs dont make a right. Ill use this story to teach my future children not to handle their problems this way. Because sometimes no matter what you do people will talk and you have to learn to handle things appropriately.

The last one I've actually done something similar. The op kept trying me, so I started sprinkling sugar around her windowsills outside her house, her doors, in her yard and stuff like that. The way the ants and roaches started surrounding her home that following week was diabolical. I would go to her yard in the evening after she gone to bed, and sprinkle sugar everywhere I could. It got so bad to the point where she ended up moving.
