I bought this, impeller version, no agitator. Loved how it looked, great modern slick style, and the automatic soap dispenser and the buttons and all... but it cleaned nothing ... I had t-shirts I spilled milk on and washed them in normal cycle with normal clothes in a normal size load ... it's like they only soaked in a little puddle for 50min and was done with it. I looked inside the washer a few times wondering why my clothes were still dirty and the washing process was ridiculous. Some clothes were still dry on top of the load, a little water with almost no soap was moving the clothes at the bottom so slowly, it just practically did nothing ... I tried all the cycles with different loads, I gave it time, I tried all the washing options. Extremely disappointed. I'm so lucky I was still on time to return it. For the money I paid, I was shocked how inefficient this was!!

I just bought a WT8400CB because the Home Depot rep said it was the best LG they had, but now i see this. Is this a better washer? I literally told him i wanted the best they had. I bought the DLE8400BE dryer as well.

How do you pause it mid cycle to add something? I hit pause, but it doesn't unlock.
Hi Jessica. We'd love to answer your question about pausing your LG washer model WT8600CB mid-cycle. To pause and add items, simply press the Start/Pause button and wait for the washer to stop completely; the door lock will disengage after a few moments for safety reasons. Once unlocked, you can open the door, add your items, and then close it securely. After that, press Start/Pause again to resume the cycle. If the door doesn't unlock immediately after pressing Pause, please wait a little longer, as the washer may be in the process of draining or spinning down. If you continue to experience issues, try powering off the unit for 30 seconds and then restarting it.
