Yes Michele Wang talked about hypnotizing fire and I kinda forgot about it. I literally ordered samples from The Harmonist’s website this week, it arrived less than 24 hrs and fire is definitely my favorite. The patchouli in it is more chocolatey than earthy and the warmth is so good with just enough spice.
Oh yes I agree the patchouli is a more “user friendly” easy to take slightly chocolate patchouli!! 💯
I love Minute et Demi and I have a back up bottle after I have it for a week , I also love Aphrodisiac , OFG . I want to try Duchessa and Black Tie. You look so beautiful as always ❤Thank you for the great list .

Hi Chris! Beautiful fragrances! Living vicariously through you my friend! Talking about beautiful and expensive, during my trip I was in the Henry Jacques store in Rodeo Drive. OMG exquisite! The SA Elan was so nice and personable, I was able to experience Blue Vanille and Ambrose, both amazing but I’m obsessed with Blue Vanille! But so expensive! 💔 I still have two kids in college, they won’t be happy if I don’t pay their rent!😂 I just enjoyed the experience so much! If you haven’t yet, you need to get your pretty nose on Blue Vanille and the rest of the collection. The store is a dream!

I bought the Parfum from Neiman's and then when I was on The Harmonist's website I saw they had an edp so I was like 🤯
Of course, I ordered a sample and fell in love with that one as well. I actually reached out to the brand to ask if the only difference was the oil concentration and sure enough it is. So the edp version would be perfect for warm weather date nights or to be worn more casual during cooler months. ♥️

Do you like cherry perfumes? Honestly it’s pretty but so incredible expensive. So many cherry perfumes out there…
@@ThePerfumeNest well honestly I never was the biggest fan of cherry, in fact I’ve never had even the slightest urge to smell TF lost cherry- but I have a travel size of Lovefest burning cherry and I love it because it has all the depth and woods and creaminess to balance it out! But Duchessa is getting all the hype these days so of course I have FOMO lol 😂
There are some really good ones on here!!! I'm really enjoying my bottle of Black Tie! A friend of mine told me if you let your bottle mascerate for a while, it gets stronger.

This was a fantastic video, I absolutely love all your selected perfumes and Roja Dove and Fragrance du Bois are my all-time favorite powerhouses. I also love the earrings, they are exactly my style! I have in my collection Innuendo by Roja and Oud orange intense and Siberian Rose by Fragrance du bois. I treasure them and use them for very special occasions and they make me feel like a million dollars. In my next life, I will live in a perfume shop, surrounded by Roja and FDB perfumes....and vanilla icecream....Big hug to you, Chris from Transilvania , minus 14 degrees C today :)))))

In a wrist to wrist skin test, my FDB Minuit Et Demi is almost identical to my Armani Prive Magenta Tanzanite - both are lovely and I don’t regret buying bottles of both.

While watching your video I was craving a chocolate perfume, which I never do. And then you come up with Gourmand Coquin 😅 I will remember this one 😉 Also Hypnotizing Fire sounds very appealing with the natural smelling pimento note!

I have to confess that when a perfume starts costing $200 and up, I go in search of dupes. I've fallen in love with the Roja Dove dupes I've bought from Dua, which seems to be the only dupe house making them. I think they are actually more qualified to handle a very complex scent. I have the Lakhme as well as their other opera-themed scent Turandot. I've gradually added 9 more. I've also turned to Dua for the Gourmand Coquin. They do Guerlain particularly well.

This is a great list! I've tried a couple, and want to try the rest 😅. I've been trying to find a good buying guide for Roja. They all just seem so complicated and I have no idea which would be good for me... If I ever had the mula for it 😂.

The opening of Duchessa is "different"...don't let that put you off because after about 10 minutes it becomes gorgeous and magical. It's my favorite perfume right now. I hope you love it!

Hi! Oh very different. Benjoin is very resinous and ambery whereas Babycat has a prominent incense, and leather. Also there is vanilla in Bany whereas it’s more ambery in Benjoin…

Volutes. Which is one no one talks about but a lovely honey tobacco sandalwood fragrance.
Gourmand Coquin is at the top of my list, and my name is on that list at Place Vendome (Belgium), too. I just hope I will ever be able to own one. I'd rather spend all that money on GC than on a Roja perfume. For now that house does not appeal to me. Bodacious is on my list as well. You're gonna cry, Chris, because I bought Duchessa for about 170 euros! But it is not my favorite cherry...

@@anitacanadi586 ah. I always raise an eyebrow when I hear about an expensive niche fragrance bring sold “brand new unused” for significantly less. Unfortunately there are a lot of swindlers out there. Never blind buy a perfume second hand or at a site like eBay or GOD forbid Amazon unless you KNOW what it smells like. How would you ever spot a fake? I’ve actually seen content creators show fragrances that are counterfeit. I can spot them through the screen. Yet they don’t know because it was a blind buy for them…..

The Harmonist perfume theme sounds interesting. That said, I am a Pisces, a water sign, but I do not like aquatic or marine notes at all even though I love to be in the ocean. Go figure :o) oxJulia

I think these are all a little too fancy for my not very mature taste in fragrance. As you would say, I like to smell like a pop tart😂😂With that being said I do own Tihota and Sucre Noir. I’m pretty sure those are my most expensive ones. I try to keep it at 150 max since I am a crazy sprayer and go through bottles rather quickly.

I had a bottle of azzaro chrome back wen I lived at my parents & after about a year or two later that juice went from light blue to a even lighter almost translucent green & it turned beast mode projector my mom hated it & the metallic note in it & I loved how strong & fresh it smelled LOL

Wow! I haven't seen your channel before (subscribed), I'm more along the lines of Gents Scents, Chaos Fragrances, Eau D'Erica, CurlyFragrance, and of course what list would be complete without Aaron Terence Hughes... and to a lesser extent (because their vids are few and far-between) rvmvadati and Scent Trail - all excellent review channels, covering a HUGE range of fragrances from popular to unkowns, designer to niche, flanker to clones, cheap to expensive, and just about everything I can think of - but of your list, the only one I've heard of is Oud for Greatness. Always nice to find a channel that tackles the ones that the others don't! An interesting facet of Oud for Greatness, btw... did you know it doesn't have more than maybe a trace amount of oud in it?! It's a simulation, and almost fooled Aaron.
