    My apologies for losing my train of thought during the video and forgetting to finish a couple of thoughts. One was - I also use my spinach to put in quiche as my thickening agent as the quiche I make are crustless. The other thought that I didn't finish was about another channel that taught me something new and that thought I will talk about on another video coming out tomorrow. Also, I said that it was Oct 23rd and it was actually the 24th. Just wanted to update the video with these few corrections. Thanks for watching and your support 🙂

    Thank you for the shout out to our channel, Krista. It’s been an absolute pleasure meeting you via our channels, and I’m certain we will meet in person. Thank you for sharing about your physical challenges and the car accidents that changed your life. I’ve been admiring your resourcefulness all this time, and now have an appreciation for your fortitude. Yes, fortitude is the perfect word to describe what you demonstrate, along with resourcefulness of course. Please do a video on your crustless quiche, and I’m still looking forward to see what you do with all that bark you stripped. 💕😎😍💕

      How sweet of you ❤Thank you for your kind words. Of course I am going to give you a shout out. Your one of my favorite channels to watch 💕I will try to do a video on the quiche when I make them again. I was able to collect some bark at the side of the house, collected it and broke it down. I'm not sure if the black spruce is going to be usable from the large trees yet, as I just haven't had the time to go get it to dry and store yet.

    I can't get on my knees at all these days as I wrecked them on the job years ago, the spinach sounds yummy in the dishes you mentioned in your pinned comment. As soon as I turn on the camera I seem to get brain fog, every time.🙂🙃😉

      Some days I can and others not so much but I'll use my knees until I can't any longer as my back often needs a break 🙂I laugh often when I rewatch my videos and see that I forgot to say this or that, lol. Glad I'm not the only one that gets brain fog. Thanks Christa 💕

      Exactly because I know you do a lot of that. The video I have coming out tomorrow will be showing what I was able to get from those 2 small rows of beets. My daughter will be happy that I can pickle her some ☺

      Oh wow, I thought you were in the states. I just got back from Toronto visiting my family for two week. I used to live in ON for almost 14 years. In a small village called Magnetawan (between Parry Sound/North Bay/Huntsville, then Orillia and Barrie before moving back home to NB.

    You should get a garden bench, it's easy on the back and knees.

    • @AlmostaGreenAcre-zs5eu
      @AlmostaGreenAcre-zs5eu  11 днів тому +1

      Yes, I have seen many using those and will have to look into picking one up. Thanks so much for the suggestion ☺

    I use a fold up chair when doing things semi low way better then leaning over to much. I have the back stuff too and knee hip shoulder but I can say that I had a few illness's last year back to back that ended up dropping my weight substantially, like 50 pounds and i have kept it off and i feel so much more together and I work out as much as i can in gym. Thats a lot of work what you're doing even for a young person so dont dismiss that . I helped a friend motivated her really to get her garden up a level and start selling her produce, first it was greens she found buyers for then a booth at farmers market and a booth in front of her house that she kept loaded and people bought her produce self help worked out great for her now she bought new house and 10 acres to really grow larger its insane to watch happen :)

      Thanks so much Vinivv for the suggestion of the chair. I do have a fold up chair that I normally take around with me so that I can rest when I need to. I get lots of exercise around here and try my best not to over do it because that puts me out of commission for days if I do. So nice of you to help and encourage your friend in this business endeavor to help improve her life 💕
