Dude, seriously, they need to nerf Hulk, I swear it’s worse than Melee Marth.
Just use Scarlet Witch, Iron Man or Vision and zone him out until you backthrow him. Exploit his predictably long winded recovery up special to gimp him as well.

They nerfed him in their most recent game, Avengers: Endgame. He's probably like a C tier now instead of an S tier since he's like not as OP unlike in this game.
