Awesome stuff, What a great little bike, I’ve never seen one before. it’s clearly been well cared for, I’m looking for Suzuki GT 185 as a project my first ever road bike.
Yeah it’s an awesome bike, loved riding it around the lanes , it’s so light and small with a really good little engine, they have not long sold a gt185 I think , they do always get some good classics in the shop
It’s such a nice bike to ride on a sunny day down the lanes, I do love a 2 stroke so a bit biased but it was one of my favourite bikes of the year to ride, yeah unfortunately anything like this now is getting good money, well unless you own one already then I guess it’s a good thing , loved it :)
Great ride these. Bring back the 2 strokes!!! You on that over take through the chevrons and right turn lane? And you had the cheek to be upset? What were you thinking trying there? Think bike think biker?
Yeah they are great to ride, awesome …. Cheek to be upset?? The guy had been swerving in front of me on to the other lane.. and at that point he wasn’t turning right, he moved over to block me .. he moved over to cut me off or could of been worse knocked me off if that was what he was thinking, think we come from a different era of riding mate
@@ProjectMoto it just views really badly. Just saying. I honestly hate riding these days. People are in such a rush and god forbid you happen to get in front of them... Bike tests are ridiculous. Car test/training probably not stringent enough. But yeah... That sdr was the rd125 I always wanted. I could never find one at the right time and on the very rare occasion they turn up can be quite pricey. But also it is an sdr200. Loved a tdr to. Was always a bit of a yam boy. Had an ns400 for a while I never should have let go. Tbh I never liked it but the noise!!!!!! It was never as fast as it was in my head. Sold it quick. Always wanted the rd500 or put a tz on the road. Still get smell at club meets. Really miss those days. Be hankering for something really simple recently like and rs/rxs maybe even an mz/jawa engine in something...
Nice to meet you today mate thanks for helping my mate with advice about the monster. I’m loving the videos mate! If you want any tattooing done check out Steves shop that we work at it’s Fudoshin Tattoos in South Woodford
Yeah mate nice to meet you guys too, Awesome mate thanks will def check it out , hopefully you have got to see the little fun bits we put in some of the videos :)
It’s done over 100mph before, they are probably good for about 105/110mph I guess depending on the weight of the rider, the weather, how long of a road you have , for me they are brilliant just buzzing down some lanes :)
I want one for when I pass my pt 2 ...I'm not interested in any 4 strokes that are low cc ...I'm 42 now so was around when the 2 strokes were alive and everywhere ....havnt got the cash for anything like an Rd 350 ypvs and 250s like the rgv or kr1s so these things seem within my reach
Mate you would be surprised how many people have not owned or ever road a 2-stroke , a lot of it is a nostalgia thing with them with people, personally I love them, would love manufacturer’s to make them now
Is it a WR200 engine... If u put yz250 or cr500 engine in it omg ... Then again ktm300exc engine would be the best swap for that bike because it's an enduro engine. That's why the WR engine would actually be better because of the wide ratio with gears
Would be crazy as it’s so lightweight anyway, I like the little engine in it as it is but would be interesting to ride one with something bigger for sure
@@ProjectMoto or just bore it out when it time or maybe sooner... I'm sure it can become a 220-250... but yes I'm sure it already faster then a kdx200 or a wr200 because it's road bike

I always wanted an SDR200 as a lad :-) They go for serious money nowadays.

@@ProjectMoto Oh to have a stable full of 2 strokes :-)
Would be amazing ... I got 2-stroke Mx bikes but no road bikes anymore
Great ride these. Bring back the 2 strokes!!!

Always wanted one of these too
Not sure tbh what the exhaust was, cracking little bike though, really enjoyed riding it :)

Loved riding this on the small twisty roads here, was awesome 😎
Hello mate! I'm restoring one right now... Wondering the max speed of this one

that sound ........🏍💨
When you are on the bike it sounds amazing , just loved riding this bike :)
You say it's really thin because you never rode/saw a Famel FX17.✌😎
No I’ve never seen one mate , thanks I will look it up :)
These must crack 110 mph with it being so light surely
Yeah I think are are good for about 100mph or a bit over :)

Do they even let u to register this machine
Yeah it is not a problem to register the bike
I like it..
They are a cool little bike to ride :)
With 34hp in a 2stroke in the weight it should be great
Yeah what a great bike, love a 2 stroke, really fun to ride 😎
I always feel like such a loser for never having owned a 2 stroke road bike.
