My ex and his family make their potato salad with the apple. I loveed the addition. They used red though I think. Either way I've been looking for something similar and I think this is as close to what I could remember. Oh they also poured some of the oil and parts from cooking the chuletas in and I swear that's what made it! 😋 Thank you
